## Space
This brand-new and bright 70m² apartment is perfect for up to 5 guests, offering modern comfort and plenty of space in a quiet setting.

It includes two enclosed bedrooms:
- A master bedroom with a 180 cm king-size bed and an en-suite shower,
- A second bedroom that can be configured with a 180 cm king-size bed or two 90 cm single beds.
- There is also an alcove with a single bed.

The living space features a fully equipped open kitchen (stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine…), a dining area, and a comfortable lounge with a large-screen TV. From the living room, step out onto a spacious 50m² south-facing terrace, perfect for relaxing in the sun or enjoying the view.

You’ll also benefit from ample storage, two large TVs, and high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi, all within a quiet and well-maintained residence.

## Access
The apartment is located in the authentic village of Les Allues/Méribel, just minutes from the Olympe gondola, which takes you directly to Méribel. A free shuttle service also runs regularly from the village during the ski season.

A covered parking space and a private underground garage box are included. You’ll also have access to a private ski locker.

Les Allues/Méribel is a peaceful, picturesque village offering quick access to the slopes while preserving the charm and tranquility of a traditional Savoyard setting. You’ll find local restaurants, shops, and a warm, friendly atmosphere.

Whether in winter for skiing in the world’s largest ski area, or in summer for hiking and exploring alpine trails, the location is ideal year-round.

## Transit
Easily accessible by car, even in winter thanks to well-maintained roads. The free shuttle bus stop is just a short walk from the residence, allowing you to reach Méribel without driving. Covered parking and private garage are included.

## Notes
Bed linen and towels are provided for each booking. The apartment is professionally cleaned before your arrival to ensure it is spotless and ready to welcome you.

Before your arrival, you will receive a link from our partner EnsoConnect to choose between two options. Either a €1,000 security deposit: a temporary hold on your card, released 14 days after check-out if no damage is reported. Or a damage waiver for a one-time, non-refundable fee of €100 per stay, which replaces the deposit and covers accidental damage up to €400.
