Equipped with a heated swimming pool and a beautiful outdoor space, it is perfect for unforgettable moments with family or friends!



House that can accommodate up to 6 people, fully equipped for a comfortable stay.

Spacious lounge-dining room with wood-burning stove, overlooking the terrace and heated swimming pool.

Modern open-plan kitchen fully equipped: kettle, oven, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, dishwasher…

Adjoining utility room with sink, refrigerator, washing machine and separate WC.



Night side:

Two bright interconnecting bedrooms:

One with a double bed (140) and wardrobe

The other with two single beds and wardrobe

Bathroom between the two bedrooms with heated towel rail and hair dryer.

A master bedroom with Queen Size bed (160), wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and vanity unit.

Heated swimming pool (open from May to mid-September) pool dimensions: 4m x 9.50m, terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and electric awning.

At the rear, relaxation area with sofa and armchairs, perfect for an aperitif at sunset.

Gas plancha available for your summer meals.

Children's play area for the little ones' enjoyment.

Garage with independent WC, possibility to park a vehicle or bicycles.

Additional parking in front of the house.

The villa benefits from an ideal location near the Sablaise peripheral ring:

5 minutes by car from Sables d'Olonne train station

10 minutes by car from the main beach, the Halles market and the town centre

11 minutes by bike from the restaurants at Sables d'Olonne fishing port

Arrival: from 4pm

Departure: by 10am at the latest



Late Arrivals

A late arrival service after 9pm is available for an additional charge.



Accommodation prepared for your arrival

End of stay cleaning, bed linen and towels included.



Checkout Instructions Mandatory

Please:

Wash and put away the dishes

Empty the refrigerator

Take out the bins

Gather used laundry in the entrance

Additional charge if not complied with or deep cleaning required (AirCover or security deposit).



48 hours before your arrival, you will receive:
