« The Jackson River Estate was the perfect getaway for our 2025 Family Reunion. The estate is very spacious and provides magnificent views. There is river access but the water is cold. The pool and slide were a big hit! Cole’s Point (beach), the humpback bridge and waterfall were super close and great excursions. This location is great for families that like to be outdoors…hiking, fishing, kayaking…Check-in/out was super easy. Although we heard there might have been a bear, there was no sighting....

« The Manhattan Tiny Loft house was a wonderful short trip for our family. The host was very easy to communicate with, and accommodate our need to check in early to be able to go on an evening excursion in a nearby county. Very close to any needed amenities. We loved relaxing by the fire pit of the evenings. There was a mother deer and her 2 baby deer that would come out in the field near the house. Lots of activities to do nearby. Highly recommend ACE adventure water park which is just minutes...

« Great stay for our family! The property offered privacy in a quiet wooded area surrounded by nature. Check-in was effortless, the kitchen was stocked with all the needed plates and pots, wi-fi is available but rather slow, hot-tub was clean, and firewood was provided. The home was well maintained and beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the daily visits from the family of deer. »

The location was very close to the New River Gorge attractions. If we were in the area again, we definitely would consider this location again. »

« We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is small, but efficient and plenty of outdoor space with a covered porch and a sunny back deck. The kitchen had lots of untensils and cookware. The bathrooms were stocked with numerous towels as well. The fenced in yard is a good size if you have a pet with you. The location is within 5 minutes of Kroger and downtown Fayetteville as well as numerous trailheads and other outdoor adventures. The checkin process was seamless and while we never needed...
