« The home was very close to rafting, atv, bridge walk and zip lining. It was nice to be able to cross the bridge to walk to restaurants. We had 5 people and it was perfect for us. Kitchen was nicely stocked, note there were no paper products in the kitchen. House was clean and welcome bag was a nice touch! Thanks for a great base for our trip. »

« We stayed two nights at the house on our trip to visit New River Gorge National Park in June. The house had everything we needed and was well stocked with kitchen supplies. We walked to Tudor's Biscuit World for breakfast one of the mornings, since it is only two blocks away. Our communication with David was great during our stay and he was quick to respond to any questions. »

« Amazing place!!!! Took us max 5 minutes to get to the park. Well needed break from the DMW. Host was engaged and responsive. Zero issues. I will definitely stay there again. Shopping was also close. An overall oasis. Host even left smores fixings for the firepit and had wood on site. »

« We had a phenomenal stay! We were in town for a music festival, and decided to book the cottage for the two of us. The layout made it so nice allowing us to have our own space when we ended our nights, and we got to wake up and enjoy the gorgeous view off of the deck in the back. « We came in town for a Pygmy Goat Convention at the WV State Fairgrounds and it was only 3 mins away. We also were only 15 mins from the Greenbrier as we took the Vault tour one day. Very clean, straightforward place. All the necessities were supplied and thought of. Easy check-in process and no endless checklist to checkout! Definitely recommend Ryan’s place to anyone coming into the area. Really enjoyed having a washer/dryer after being in the barn all day! »

« This is a wonderful lil piece of heaven under the stars tucked up a lil Hollar road. Decor was new and very nice. Everyone was friendly and very nice to help anyway.
