« In general the stay was fine. Just a couple things. The paperwork in the room had the wrong number to dial for help so it was difficult to get a hold of the host. Office not staffed but luckily paperwork in office was correct. We could do with some skinny end tables for things like phones and c-pap and a whole lot fewer pillows for decoration. Wifi is a little sketcchy sometimes. »

« There was a tiny bit of toilet paper, and a few kleenex, terribly inconvenient late in the evening when everything is closed. We have been staying at the Riverview for many years, and were very disappointed, I suspect we won't hurry back. »

« Apartment is clean and comfortable. Mary was accommodating when VRBO messed up the check out time (Vrbo sent an email the day before saying noon was check out time which host did not approve). A few updates would be much appreciated such as keys for door knobs and Keruig cups rather than a generic ground coffee. Note to those that don’t want to wash dishes, there is not a dishwasher (my husband loves to wash dishes). Overall, a very good experience and good place to stay. »

« We never received check in information. I had to call the owner to walk me through getting in. The first morning that I took a shower the shower head fell off and hit me in the head. I contacted the owner who had me take some pictures, and then he dropped off the replacement at our door. He was going to go in and fix it, but his key broke off in the door.
