« My daughter and I found this upstairs unit to be spacious, private, comfortable, well stocked and very clean. There was ample street parking available even for our late arrival, and we felt safe. The host sent timely messages with clear check-in and check out instructions. I would not hesitate to book this property again! »

« Upon arriving the host contacted us to say the address we thought we were coming to was not the actual address and gave us a different location about a 1/2 mile away. When we arrived at that location the bed sheets had stains, a hole in the bottom sheet, and stained couch. « This was an excellent stay in a nicely appointed condo on the east side. The neighborhood was safe and quiet and the unit was 16 stories up. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and the Rosevelt Tram is just up the street. There's a insanely busy Trader Joe's in easy walking distance and plenty of small shops and street vendors. The nearest subway stop (the "E" line) is a bit of a walk, but there are crosstown bus stops on every block and just outside the lobby. The king-size bed was comfy and...

« Everything was great it was a great location, spacious and as described. The only negative I would say is you can hear the tenants upstairs walking ( which the owner has no control ) but other than that the place is excellent enjoyed my stay for 7 days. Will stay next time for sure. »
