« The lady at the front desk was really patient with me .. I had just drove in from Illinois to Texas and was exhausted and not as friendly as I normally was because I paid on line then get in there and they say I owe 100 more for deposit and that was not mentioned on line and should have been and should have also been taken on line same time as well and I took it out on her and I apologize it’s not your fault I was sleep deprived and not so nice my apologies and she was so so sweet and respectful...

« Customer service was beyond amazing. They responded immediately. We stayed the first night of the winter storm, January 2026. They were very accommodating with early check in/out due to weather. The room was clean, super cute and within 5 minutes of our event. We were traveling with our dog, and the room came with pet bowls. I wish we would have been able to enjoy the court yard. I would highly recommend this place and will stay again. »

« We have traveled literally all over the world and stayed in some of the finest 5 star hotels . The Hampton Inn Suites was such a pleasant and unexpectedly lovely surprise. From the pleasant and efficient check -in to our very spacious King Bedroom suite( very clean, big bathroom, and kitchen area) to the lovely complimentary breakfast buffet we would definitely recommend and stay there again when our plans bring us to Bastrop. »
