Perfect Hub for Kentucky Activities

We enjoyed our stay very much! It was the perfect location for the activities we had planned. The neighborhood was new and well-kept. The home was adorabel...very cozy. Beds were extremely comfortable. We even took pictures of the pillow tab in hopes of ordering pillows for our home. The property is about 20 minutes from The Ark Encounter, and roughly an hour from the Creation Museum. We also enjoyed kayaking with and ziplining in the Red River Gorge. Both about an hour away. The Louisville Bat Factory Musuem was also less than an hour away. Georgetown was the perfect location and a very nice town. Don't hesitate to book this property. We would stay again when in the area. Thanks for sharing your home with us!!

Well appointed 3 bed/2 bath home, 10 min from KHP

This property gets a 5/5 as it is exactly as advertised. It is a cute, reasonably-priced home in a neighborhood that is a close drive to KHP. Perfect for our needs. The landlord was nice and responsive. We would stay again.

We found the perfect home away from home! Our equestrian team traveled to Kentucky Horse Park for a week and having this beautiful home with a washer/dryer, full kitchen and two bathrooms made the chaotic daily schedule and long days simplified. The decorations, linens, furnishings and the sweet touches in each room had the teen girls envisioning their future home to be “just like this”. Great neighborhood and an excellent communication response with the very kind owner. We were minutes away from KHP and a variety of stores and food option if needed. Would absolutely stay here again. Thank you Andi for renting us your beautiful home. We will seek you out again next summer when we return to KHP.

Great location to be close to horse park!

We came to down for the Road to the Horse event. This location and house was perfect. It was a very relaxing, and open space! Stayed with my mom and daughter. Enjoyed some home cooked meal, was able to wash some clothes, get good nights sleep, and being close to the park.

Wonderful stay!

The house is exactly as listed. It was very clean, and felt like home away from home. The check in and check out process was smooth. I stayed with my spouse and twin 2.5 year olds. The house was the perfect size for us. The neighborhood is quiet and gave us a nice place to stay for a night. We would definitely stay again!

Great Property

Wedding weekend

The home was amazing. Perfect in every way. Clean, organized and well furnished. A lot of the rentals of been to are bare bones with the cheapest stuff. Comfortable beds are a really big deal and we were not disappointed in the beds here. Great neighborhood as well, easy to wake up and start your day with a stroll outside while enjoying your coffee. And Andi, our host, even when dealing with a hardship on our check-in day, was still very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Great little family spot!!

We really liked this nice little cottage! It was perfect for our families stop along the way. My only suggestion was I didn’t find the checkout instructions so I was unsure on what would make it easiest for our hosts as far as towels and beddings! Would highly recommend this spot!

Our stay in this beautifully decorated and comfortable home was the perfect way to spend a night away from home for our son’s golf tournament. Plenty of space, very clean, and stocked with anything you may need. The host was very responsive and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. Highly recommend!

Perfect size! Great area!

When we pulled up to the house, it was absolutely adorable! The neighborhood was very nice and new! Inside the house, we loved the layout! My husband was thrilled with all the decorations. He's a huge race fan and was posting pictures of all the cool horse racing stuff. The beds were super comfy! So comfy in fact, i asked the owner what the mattress was because i want to get one! The house was very comfortable and homey. The next time we go to keeneland, i hope it's available!

Such a great property!

We truly loved our stay here. The home is beautiful, family friendly, comfortable and inviting.
