« Overall, very nice stay easy to locate and work with host. One comment I will say is I had my 80 year old mother with us, there was no outside light on for us and we arrived after dark. Then we came in dropped our things and left a light on in the living room while we grabbed dinner so that upon our return we would have the light. When we returned the light had been turned off, meaning the host had to have turned it off from inside the house. That felt very invasive and unsecure. Because of this...

« Lovely property close to the historic center of Lexington. We could do the Lincoln Lexington walking tour right from our front door and there are restaurants and bars within walking distance. Easy drive to Keeneland racetrack and local horse farms. The property is tastefully decorated with a very well equipped kitchen, off-road covered parking and small outdoor area. We loved it. »

« We had 11 Adults and an infant. Everyone had a bed. Everything was in perfect working order in a good neighborhood. Folks out walking dogs and kids playing with other kids. Everyone seemed friendly. Close to shopping centers and food places. The cleaning team missed a few areas but we easily took care of it ourselves with minimal effort. There are many extras provided. Paper towels, TP and coffee items. I would rent here again. »

« Excellent convenience and Ben is extremely helpful... House,-a few doors needed attention,beds were hard and uncomfortable, back yard definetly needed some TLC. But again, the owner Ben was Great! »

« Thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at this property. Sam offered all the amenities you could think of and then some. The pool was great with lots of floaties to use, beach towels, even extra sunscreen. We cannot wait to come back! I highly recommend this house. »

« Apparently they are sharing WiFi with another unit. After 4 hours they were able to get a hold of the other renters and have them reboot the router. They advertised that they offered Hulu and other services which to them means that the tv had that app where you could log into your own account. Disappointing. The unit was okay, beds were noisy and not very comfortable. There were stray hairs in the shower wall and bathroom wall. It was well located but we decided to drive to the distillery...

« Charming old home in a great central location, quiet neighborhood. Chic decor, comfy beds, clean, well-stocked with everything we needed. The back yard is absolutely divine and we loved relaxing in the salt water pool. »

« The house was very clean, looked just like the pictures. Entry was easy. There weren’t any wash clothes that I could find or a paper telling us what to do before leaving…. So we did what we typically do when we stay other places. Also check the street view before you book. That street made us a little uncomfortable. But we didn’t have any issues with the neighbors. Over all it was fine for the 1 night we needed! »

« The code was showing on the wall next to the door which made us feel less than safe. I tried to contact the owner and he never responded. The sofa smelt like someone peed in it. The bedroom close to the kitchen had a mold smell. But the most worrying issue was the shower that was in the bathtub was on a platform with no rail to hold on to in order to get out safely. Otherwise we enjoyed the house. »

« This historic home is in the best neighborhood in Lexington, right in the middle of other historic homes and walking distance to many great restaurants. It is nicely appointed, very clean, and very comfortable. The listing photos depict it very well. My family and I would stay here again. »

« This house was a great spot if you want to visit the local distilleries. It was a short drive! The hosts were very responsive when we had an issue with the microwave, as well as surprising us with a Birthday Ballon. Very nice little touches. We would stay again »

« Such a great spot to stay. Quiet, clean and cozy. We stayed with another couple and enjoyed our own bathrooms and spaces. Was able to do laundry as well. Which was nice after Railbird. Will def book again next year!! »

« Loved being right there on the horse farm in horse country. Perfect for visits to Keeneland and the Bourbon Trail. Loved hearing the horses too. House was clean and accommodating »

« Great location! We went to horse races at Keeneland on Saturday (about 40 minute drive) and hiked East Pinnacle in Berea College Forest on Sunday (about 20 minute drive). Beautiful and so much fun! House was spotless and included all necessary amenities. Host was very responsive to all my questions; provided lots of tips on dining options in area. EKU is just a block away! Beautiful campus to take a walk. »

« Good value for stay in Lexington. We came in for our son’s soccer tournament and it was nice to all have our own room and have a fenced backyard for our dog. We took advantage of the location and did some shopping and eating downtown. »

« This property was as advertised. Nice country setting with horses in the pasture next to the home. 15 minutes from Buffalo trace distillery and 15 minutes from the University of Kentucky golf course. We enjoyed our stay. »
