The property manager was very responsive and gave us a heads up about some unexpected damage to the property that occurred in a storm the night before our stay. „We loved our time and stay at River RV. It was so peaceful and quite. Our host Curtis was very friendly and helpful. The RV was well stocked, clean and had everything you needed to feel and be comfortable. The scene from the RV to the river was beautiful, mowed and well kept. „The Howdy Ranch was everything we needed… From the moment we stepped foot on this property til the time we left it was perfect. The pictures and descriptions are true. The fridge and pantry were stocked with everything we needed and more. We enjoyed fishing, canoeing and exposing our pup to the cattle and deer that visited us each afternoon. Our grandson (9) had a blast in the creek trying to catch the minnows as well as hunting for rocks and shells! Patio was great at night for relaxing with the nice breeze back there! „This place is beyond beautiful. Just a short 30mins drive out of Austin, gets you in this secluded, private area. The place feels very safe, even though it is surrounded by nothing but trees, farms and ranches. This places has good network connection on mobiles PLUS active Wifi. Regarding the Home/Spartan Campervan - it is as good as a home. It has everything, there was absolutely nothing missing. very cozy, very comfortable, and very very picturesque.
