„The place was the perfect size for me and the location was very convenient. The parking suggestions were spot-on with pricing (I chose the one across the street. It was safe and only cost $22 for 3 days!) There were 2 small hiccups. The communication and restroom cleanliness piece. I did not get my check-in message on time within the 24 hours prior so I had to call VRBO to reach out to manager. That was handled quickly. But when I got to the apartment at 4pm (check-in was at 3pm) the door codes ...

Location is perfect for Buffalo Trace and other distilleries. The condo complex is older but for the price you can’t beat it! We will definitely stay there again!“

„We stayed at the condo while our son had his orientation at UK. It was close to everything we wanted/needed to do and suited our needs perfectly. Super easy check in and great communication with host. Cute decor. Only cons were a little street noise and no dishwasher pod. But still a 5-star property. We are staying in another unit managed by the same host on the other side of the building in Sept for parents weekend!“
