« Stayed here with a friend in preparation for Yorkshire 3 peaks challenge. Check in very easy. Warm welcome. Very hospitable staff. We had to leave the hotel early next morning before kitchen opened but staff left us breakfast (cereals, yogurt etc) out for us which was really appreciated. Also made us sandwiches to take with us. Pub/bar and food was really good. Cosy. »

« Stephen and Lynne were most helpful when we found our car had a flat, filling the tire and directing us to a nearby repair shop. Breakfast was excellent and featured a nice selection. Service from the staff was excellent. Everyone very friendly and helpful. Beautiful surroundings as well and easy walking distance to restaurants, coffee, bakery and ice cream treats! »

« Brunswick House is in a great location in Middleton in Teesdale. Everything was first class, the room was cozy and well equipped, the bed was comfortable. Andrew was a charming host and nothing was room much trouble. Everything you could need is catered for. From drying out wet boots to a warming bath. Breakfast is delicious and plentiful. The area is beautiful, there is lots to do. Highly recommend. »
