„Good accommodations, walkable area. Ample parking.“

„Amazing host!“

„The stay was amazing! Ilya was absolutely the BEST host I’ve ever experienced over all of my travels! He gave us a full tour of the unit and property. We felt totally comfortable staying there. It is in a relatively convenient location and it felt safe. Ilya helped with recommendations and even arranged transportation from the airport. The unit had everything we could possibly need (including a washer and dryer). Absolutely fantastic!“

„Had a water Clairity issue the pool guy was working on “

„We only stayed one night as this was a landing spot for us after La Fortuna and before moving on to the south. I booked it mainly for the ability to do laundry and space to move around. We enjoyed soaking our feet in the pool this morning before rushing off to our next destination. The location for different beaches and near great food and shopping was great. The host was very fast and clear in responses.“

„The property itself is well kept, nicely staged, and shows evidence of recent remodeling. In many respects, it is a perfectly suitable short-term rental.Unfortunately, the location was a significant disappointment. As other guests have noted, the surrounding area is not particularly appealing, and in its present state I found it unsuitable for walking any distance beyond the gated community. „Perfekte Wohnung. Sehr empfehlenswert!“

„Greeted by a flood in the kitchen when we arrived and was required to mop it up ourselves. Nobody came to look at it until the next day.“

„This property has all the things - a beach front, great view, great quiet location, and wonderful amenities. A week here would be great to relax - a full kitchen to cook, laundry, and all the fixin’s for going to the beach to help you. What a great place! We hope to visit again!“

„The Hotel is rather isolated. A car is necessary to get anywhere. The staff needs training in hospitality. “

„This place suited our needs for the one night we spent in Coco. Having stayed in Coco previously,I wouldn’t have wanted to stay here for an extended time, with extremely small bathrooms and a bit noisy from the adjacent units. Definitely close to walk to all the local places and only a few minutes to the beach.“

„Perfect studio for my wife and I. Check in was easy, communication was great. For the price you couldn’t expect better.“
