« The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. We needed to contact them via messaging to arrange to be let in to the building. We were the only guests the first night which was a bit disconcerting but there was good security. The room was comfortable although finding outlets to charge our devices after a long flight was a challenge. The second night the street below was extremely noisy until 4 am. It was a Saturday and obviously party night. Otherwise it was a good place to stay before a cruise. »

« Outside of the hotel was under construction so it was a bit hard to find the entrance. However, once inside it was soooooo beautiful! The staff was extremely kind and accommodating. The hotel had wonderful air conditioning and even served continental breakfast! Would definitely stay here again in the future! »

« Bianca was lovely! The property was an ideal location which was located across from the train station and next to the ocean with a promenade in between. It was a short walk to the main downtown core but if you went the other direction there were a handful of restaurants right along the water. Although the building is historic, Bianca had completed a beautiful remodel for all of the units with up to date amenities. « Minutes from the cruise port and minutes from restaurants and the ocean strip. I was asked to reach out to let the staff know when I reached the property, and I had a question to ask them but I never did receive a reply. Otherwise, it was a perfect spot to stay the night before getting on your cruise! »

« We stayed at this property the night prior to our cruise embarkation. Anna met us upon arrival and showed us everything. She gave us some recommendations for dinner and things to do around town. The next morning she arranged to provide a transfer to the cruise terminal dropping us off right next to the ship. Can’t recommend this place enough. Clean and comfortable and a welcome stay after a long international flight. »
