Laundry in main suite and lower suite - loved the outdoor furniture on the main floor patio. We all commented on the nexpresso coffee pods- what a nice touch/surprise. Thank you Lisa for letting us stay in your home. Location and house is truly paradise.“

„We have been to Kauai several times but found Ohana House at Fern Grotto to be the best yet. The house was fully stocked with all the amenities, the grounds were beautiful, the additional water equipment and bikes were a huge bonus. The location was great too. Highly recommended.“

„Could not get over the view. The resort was gorgeous and the balcony showed it all including the beach. The room was basic but fit our needs. Plenty of towels for the two of us for beach and home. The pool and hot tub were great. The beach on the property was not great. Not for swimming, but nice to walk down and listen to from our room. Did not love the resort daily parking fee. It was as much as our car rental and because the property was secluded you had to pay it. Location was great tho. ...

„Beautifully decorated well stocked home, wide open kitchen & living room, great amenities. Washer & dryer and A/C in every room was a real plus. Close to town & shops. A real shame trees too overgrown to really see the water from the balcony, would have been nice to enjoy. Homeless nearby never bother. Overall pleasant stay“

„This is our third time staying at Kappa Sands with our small family. We absolutely love it. The beach is perfect for young kids, walk down the beach and the surf is perfect for riding waves. The pool is as always an attraction. We have family meals with all the kitchen appliances you need and a big refrigerator. The life is so sweet at at our little piece of aloha.“

„This is a spacious and immaculate condo in an excellent location. Comfortable bed, well furnished kitchen. The owner is clearly very proud of their property and has gone to great lengths to make it welcoming. The condo complex is part of a larger resort and renters have access to pool and other facilities. We enjoyed ourselves very much, thanks Mounque!“

„The location is great, close to the airport, hiking trails and beach. Room is nice and clean. Check in and out was easy as was communication. No early check-in though...per front desk they need to stick to check-in time privided by owner, not really a big deal, just thought some people may find that helpful. Thank you and Mahalo!“

Das Appartment C06 ist gut ausgestattet, wenn auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Küche war zwar nicht topmodern, alles funktionierte aber einwandfrei.
