« AC was broken when we got there. We informed the resort staff and they were NOT going to fix it because this room is not “theirs” due to it being owned privately. Finally someone came by and fixed it. Same issue occurred again but with towels needed towels for the bathroom and it took over a day to get them because the resort would not give us any and the host of the VRBO wanted to charge us money for some. « The view from the balcony is really incredible! Go sit on the balcony for hours to look at the view and relax! In the condo it is very hot, since the air conditioning is only in the room, the air does not circulate well throughout the location. « Outstanding location on the island for exploring north or south parts of the island. Condo was perfect for the two of us and freshly remodeled. The best part was walking out on the lanai and watching the beautiful ocean throughout our stay! From the ground level it is 15 steps to the ocean front! Highly recommended! »
