The hotel is modern, clean and located in a great walkable area of Miraflores. However, I gave it only 4 stars because of the odd bathroom setup in a room with 2 queen beds. The bathroom ddi not have separated doors and the toilet and the shower were separated with semitransparent glass doors, which was very odd. Moreover the space in the toilet cabinet was extremely limited, I was hitting the door with my kneed when sitting on the throne. One needed to warn the rest of the company to stay in beds and do not move around the room when talking shower or staying on the toilet. Odd.

The Best hotel in Miraflores. It has everything you need and everything you could want. The service is top notch and the staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was first rate. We had our six month old daughter with us and got one of the big suites. It was very spacious, with an amazing corner view. For our little family of three the big corner suite was perfect. It reminded me of a modern one bedroom apartment in the middle of a bustling city. There is a lot of traffic outside but you couldn't hear it. The soundproofing of the windows was unbelievably good. The check in area has a modern, urban feel. There is a restaurant on-site with a bar. And a separate place where they serve breakfast in the morning. They also have a couple of cafe/restaurants on the first floor of the building as well. On top of everything, the hotel is within a mile of the best restaurants in the city. The next time we come back to Lima/Miraflores we are definitely staying at Aloft.

This hotel is just perfect for me. The room is big and has lots of surfaces to spread your things. We stayed on the top floor and shower water pressure is high, which I love. The shades block out all the lights completely. There’s enough power outlets to charge your electronics. The breakfast options are great as well and the service is very friendly. We were able to check in 12 pm and the room is reasonably priced. 10/10 would stay here the next time we visit Lima.

Nice hotel; not such good customer service
The hotel was nice, but we had poor reception on the TV. They unsuccessfully tried to fix it on day one. Then no attempt after that. We had to live with it for six days. Also, the protocol for guests is a bit much. I thought they were going to ask for a DNA sample.

Great place to stay and centrally located
We really liked this place. Raul, at the front desk, was particularly helpful, as were most of the employees we met. Even the cleaning person, who didn't clean our room at our request, greeted me by name and with a smile each morning. The room was quiet, the king bed was very comfortable, and breakfast was good (although, admittedly, the Aloft in Delhi had a fantastic breakfast with all kinds of international dishes). The location is very good. A little bit of a hike to the bike/running trail above the sea cliffs, but it's also central to the main street, restaurants, shops, running/cycling trails, even to Barranco's art district which we loved. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends, next time we're in Lima.
