Guests-only river access behind resort, 1.7 miles from Loon Mountain main entrance (Free shuttle from the Lodge during Loon Mtn ski season ). No pets allowed. Smoking is permitted only in the front parking lot gazebo.

- Leave all keycards on the kitchen counter when you leave.
- No ski boots inside (they damage the floor).
- No towels or items over the balcony railings.
- No grilling on the balcony; summer grills are by the outdoor pool.
- Bring towels back from the pool.
- Please report any damage right away.
- The primary guest must be 21 or older.
