"The hotel aspires to a four-star rating but unfortunately delivers service that barely meets two-star standards. For example, I waited over an hour in the restaurant without receiving even a glass of water. Frustrated by the lack of attention, I chose to leave and order through a food delivery service. The waitstaff displayed no concern or apology for the delay, which was my first experience of such indifference. The rooms reflect the mediocrity often associated with two- or three-star accommodations. While some areas appear to have been updated, the renovation feels incomplete. The bed, in particular, was far from comfortable—a thin mattress that sagged with every movement, paired with a pillow as firm as concrete and as thin as a sheet of paper. Overall, the experience was quite surprising. I hope the hotel will continue to improve its service and guest comfort in the future."
