When I first arrived, I couldn't get a correct main door code from the property manager while standing at the door in the rain. My luggage and I totally got wet in a heavy rain. Through the unresponsive WhatsApp conservation by the property manager, I finally entered into the hostel with the door code by checking up the check-in instruction by myself which was sent to my email previously. Second, room door code was simply given in the check-in instruction, but as to lock the room door, no following steps of pressing 'close' button and turning the handle to the right or left were indicated. It made me feel confused and insured by leaving the room door unlocked while going out. When problems happened, property manager responded no in-person assistance was provided, nor immediate responses or solutions were provided. For example, electricity suddenly suspended, case was reported but no answer was received. In the darkness, I searched the fuse box with the dim light of my phone and turned the button on. Not all the things bad, honestly the property manager was really helpful for 1 day extension and information to travel. She provided excellent services in no time.
