Bisher bestes Hotel
Super Service den ganzen Aufenthalt über, Corona super bewältigt, man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Besonders im Restaurant ist der Service hervorragend. Die Anbindung zum Strand könnte besser sein

Edel, edel - und Ronaldo war auch gerade da
Das Cascais Miragem ist zweifelsohne eines der besten Portugals. Nicht zufällig gastierte gerade die portugiesische Nationalmannschaft mit Ronaldo und Co. für zwei Tage bei uns im Hotel - übrigens lautlos - man fuhr nur Fahrstuhl mit den Stars. Die Pool-Area im 3. Stock ist groß und edel. Schaut man abends auf die beleuchtenen Palmen, das Lichterspiel im Pool und auf den Atlantik, fällt der Gedanke ans Abreisen schwer. Wirklich spitze ist auch der Gratis-Zutritt zum Holmes-Place-Gym im Hotel mit allem, was die Muskeln begehren. Der Service ist fast schon aufdringlich: Viermal pro Tag kamen Mitarbeiterinnen ins Zimmer, um Wasserflaschen zu verteilen, die Betten zu richten und Süssigkeiten zu plazieren. Die Einrichtung ist edel und modern, allerdings roch eines unserer beiden Zimmer auch für unempfindliche Nasen so stark nach kaltem Rauch und muffigster Klimaanlage, das es 2 Stunden lang gelüftet und mit Raumspray versehen wurde. Dennoch ein Wahnsinnshotel.

Sehr schöne Aussenterrasse mit Blick zum Meer...
Sehr freundliches Personal..sehr zuvorkommend und immer hilfsbereit.. Der Pool sehr groß und viele Sonnenliegen.das Frühstück ein Traum, besonders wenn man auch noch am Morgen draußen. Frühstücken kann..die besten Mangos, die ich je gegessen habe. Ein Aufenthalt wert.

Freundliches, sehr aufmerksames Personal. Großes Zimmer mit traumhaften Ausblick und kleinen Fehlern (nur ein Sessel für ein Deluxe Doppelzimmer, im Badezimmer kaum Möglichkeiten, die Hand-und Badetücher aufzuhängen). Gute Betten, großer Balkon. Frühstück reichhaltig, etwas mehr Abwechslung wäre für die Sterne angemessen.Mittagsbüfett einmal ausprobiert, ganz gut, aber für 37,00 € pro Person viel zu teuer. Großes Lobfür das Personal. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Tolles Hotel
Wir waren für 4 Nächte im Hotel. Zufällig war zeitgleich die Fußballnationalmannschaft von Portugal im Hotel einquartiert. Dadurch waren manche Bereiche des Hotels nicht zugänglich. Das Hotel versuchte trotz allem den normalen Hotelbetrieb durchzuführen was meiner Meinung nach gut gelungen ist. Als Ausgleich gab es dafür vieles zu beobachten ;)

Great comfortable place to stay
Initially not planning to stay in Cascais I've found this hotel which left me with a positive impression, felt effectively in a five star hotel. One thing I always ask is decent WiFi because we are on the 21st century and this hotel delivered. Comfortable not only the room but also the common areas with nice amusing decoration, spacious. Very friendly service, found right to have parking and a fantastic gym, sauna, steam and pool included, this was very correct to me. Included breakfast good it would be even better if there is one different warm dish every other day or a local speciality. Dinner at room service well done, drinks at bar nice with nice music. Very pleased. Cascais is a nice town to enjoy quite touristic though. Will come back for sure.

Sehr guter Service
Uns (Paar 60J) hat es im Hotel ausgezeichnet gefallen. Es war der beste Service den wir bisher in einem 5 Sterne Hotel erlebt haben. (Wir waren schon oft in 5 * Hotels) An Aufmerksamkeit und Freundlichkeit kaum zu überbieten. Ob morgens beim Frühstück oder der Zimmerservice alles war perfekt. Dazu kleine Aufmerksamkeiten die den Aufenthalt einfach angenehm machen wie z.B. jeden Tag kostenlos eine Flasche Wasser im Zimmer. Tee im Aufenthaltsraum nachmittags und abends beim turn down noch mal ein Handtuchservice. Das Zimmer war immer vormittags schon gemacht. Sehr schnelles kostenloses W-Lan im Zimmer. Computer zum online einchecken vorhanden. Einfach alles gut.

Tolle drei Tage im Hotel Caiscais Miragem
Zwar an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße gelegen und an der Bahnlinie nach Lissabon, aber trotzdem ein super ruhiges Hotel, auch die Poollandschaft ganz hervorragend (Service dort könnte etwas regelmäßiger auftauchen), tolles Wellnessangebot und ein tolles Frühstück und ganz fantastische Bar mit super netten Kellnern und ein hervorragendes Gourmet Restaurant. Da fahren wir bestimmt noch mal hin. Wir waren und sind begeister.

Man kommt aus dem Staunen nicht heraus. Die Beschäftigten strahlen große Ruhe und Kompetenz aus. Innenausstattung und Service sind überwältigend. Die Großzügigkeit der Zimmerausstattung nicht zu übertrefffen. Bisher dachte ich, dass diese Qualität nur in Asien zu finden ist. In Europa heißt es Hotel Cascais Miragem!

Great stay
Great hotel with amazing views. Staff were really friendly and the service at the breakfast buffet was great. Pool side staff could be quicker with orders. Gym is very well equipped although the staff can be quite pedantic, but understand it’s run by a separate company .

Late summer break
Have to say the location is great one way to estoril beach and the other to cascais . Huge reception but I guess they need it for conferences. Breakfast had everything you would want cereal to eggs station and was well organised . Staff well trained courteous and efficient . Nice balcony on 6th floor near ineternal pool . Would recommend this place

I absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Miragem. This is a beautiful place and a true 5 star hotel. Indoor and outdoor pools are breathtaking as are the views from the rooms facing the front of the hotel. The breakfast buffet is quite extensive. It was included in our room rate which was important since the individual price was expensive. The bar menu was reasonable for a hotel of this kind. We did not eat in the main restaurant as it was very expensive. The hotel is about a half mile walk away from central city shops and restaurants. Uber was readily available and most local rides were under 5 euros.

Excellent hotel, spacious and clean facilities, friendly staff and very good food. Shame about the location next to the main road and railway line.

Blessed to see the Pope in route!!
The staff, the staff, the staff.....we enjoyed the hotel immensely! The amenities are top notch and everyone was so kind. It was important to them that we be happy with our stay and it showed throughout our visit! The Turkish Baths are incredible, the outdoor pool is amazing and morning breakfast is the best we have had. Our room placement would not have been our top choice and it seemed that they could have been more central of a room, but we loved our stay!! Icing on the cake...the Pope was visiting Cascais and passed directly in front of the hotel, to and from one of his events!

Stayed three nights during Aug 2023
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room on the 8th floor was top notch with sea view. Excellent breakfast service. Not problem to eat there every morning even on the longer stay. Good food at the bar and also on the buffet dinner service (45€(incl. water, coffee)+drinks). Actually, the buffet was positive surprise. Would definetly eat there again. Nice pool area. Only drawback on the pool area was that quests seem to try to reserve "best" places by placing their towels on to the sundecks. Reservation is against hotel policy and the staff try to guide quests by placing notes to the places where towels have been left. However, the enforcement of the policity seems not to work. One morning we saw small argement between some quests on the topic of towels being removed. Hotel should come up with better process on how to handle places on the pool. Indoor pool/spa was also nice. Smooth access from free parking garage. This hotel is one of those places where you do not necessarily need to leave the hotel at all during the stay, if you do not want.
