Unsere Zimmer waren nicht sauber, auch nach einer angekündigten zimmerreinigung nicht! Die sind vermutlich kurz drüber und fertig. Die Kissen, die Tagesdecke als auch die Handtücher haben ekelhaft nach Schimmel und ungewaschenem altem Schweiß gestunken! Widerlich! Vor Gestank konnten wir die Nacht nicht schlafen! Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist absolut nicht angemessen! Schade!

Wunschlos glücklich
Wir (6 Personen) haben ein perfektes Weekend in Lissabon verbracht. Das Appartment ist modern und perfekt gelegen: Timeout market (Markthalle) und weitere Restaurants/Bars sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung und auch die Altstadt ist zu Fuss einfach zu erkunden. Für weitere Distanzen liegt Zug/Tram/Bus quasi vor der Tür. Trotz der Lage ist es im Appartment ruhig. Anreise (obwohl spät am Abend) war perfekt organisiert. Nettes Personal. Badetücher wurden nach 2 Tagen ausgewechselt. Küche hat alles was man braucht inkl. Kaffeemaschine und Spühlmaschine. Kleinere Abnützungsspuhren sind vorhanden, aber nichts Gravierendes.

We had some good days in Lisbon. The location of the apartments werde fitting our needs; close to the train-station of Cais Sodre and as well quite near to old city. It isn't a hotel in the normal way. It's a building with several rentable appartements beside owned appartments. The appartement was fine but in comparison to the rest, the bathroom was a bit small. As well as we had a view to the city instead of the advertised to the Rio Tejo. But that wasn't bad either.

Sehr schönes Apartment mit guter Ausgangslage
Das Apartment liegt zentrumsnah im Stadtteil. Die Zimmer sind sehr komfortabel, es ist alles vorhanden, die Küche ist etwas klein. Mit dem Kochen ist es etwas schwierig. Die Bäder sind komfortabel und alle Zimmer sind sauber.

Zentral gelegen, komfortabel aber laut
Schöne, neue Appartements in zentraler Lage. Moderne Ausstattung, mit WLAN, das allerdings nicht immer funktionierte. Prima für Familien! Derzeit (Stand April 2017) Innenausbau im Erdgeschoss (Sushi-Restaurant), dadurch kommt es in den darüber liegenden Wohnungen zu erheblicher Lärmbeeinträchtigung. Auch nachts ist es in den zum Park hin ausgerichteten Appartements laut. So schön wie das Gebäude liegt, es ist auch mitten in der Partyzone - und das macht sich nachts leider bemerkbar. Tagsüber gibt es Trubel auf dem Spielplatz, was nicht störte, nachts ist es vor allem am Wochenende laut (Schreien, Musik und Verkehr), was auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern zu hören ist. Das muss man wissen, aber Empfehlung für alle, die nicht so lärmempfindlich sind oder eine Unterkunft bekommen, die nicht zum Park hin ausgerichtet ist. Abends kann man prima ausgehen und das Nachtleben fußläufig genießen. Der Service war zwar sehr freundlich, teilweise aber überfordert. Später am Abend ist nur noch Security anwesend, die Rezeption ist nicht mehr besetzt. Aber alle sind bemüht.

This is NOT a luxury place. Be aware! The building itself is like a maze, when we finally reach to the apartment as you opened the door you see a chair in one of the bedrooms all peeling off and that was only the start from there the beds and all the other chairs were peeling off. No blankets were found in the apartment and when the concierge was contact no help was given. The place was so bad that we decided to leave Portugal earlier than expected. If you are looking for luxury this is NOT the place at most this will be a 3 start place.

Very good location to everything. Walking distance to shopping areas, food areas, grocery stores, train station is convenient. We stayed on the forth floor, not noisy when windows are closed. We had our room bedsheets and towels changed the once during the 5 days we stayed. The amenities in the room were all in working condition includimg the coffee machine, kettle etc. beautiful view from the 4th floor and felt very safe as it's a card key access to enter lifts and corridors. Very simple check-in and kept up to date with emails etc.

The service at the establishment was subpar, and I would not recommend it to anyone. The manager we encountered was extremely impolite and uncooperative. When we requested for someone to come and change our bedsheets and provide us with towels, she outright refused. She even went as far as shouting that the premises were not a hotel and that we were required to pay for any extra amenities. It was quite concerning that she expected us to pay for clean towels, considering that we had booked the room for three nights. Additionally, her behavior was very problematic, and we felt that it was rooted in racism.

Très bon séjour au Lisbon Five Stars Apartments 8 Building début janvier. Contrairement à certains avis que j’avais pu lire et qui m’avaient fait douter de notre choix d’hébergement, tout s’est très bien déroulé, de la communication avant notre arrivée au départ. L’appartement est très bien fourni et ne manque de rien. Il est situé dans une zone accessible en transports en commun (bus/tram/metro/ferry) et a quelques pas de restaurants. Le personnel a été très agréable et reactif à toutes nos demandes. Je recommande donc vivement cet établissement.

This is my 2nd time staying here. We had a nice, big 2 bedroom apartment in a prime location. It is close enought to walk to many places of interest and there is a subway/train stop right across the street. Amazing places to eat including the rooftop bar and restaurant, Java, on the 5th floor of this building. Time Out Maket is right there as well as several others with indoor and outdoor dining options.

Apartamento novo e incrível. A recepção para os apartamentos não é logo na entrada, mas super fácil acesso. A equipe é atenciosa e muito prestativa. A localização é ótima, próximo ao Cais do Sodré (o que facilitou para visitarmos Cascais), próximo ao ascensor da bica (que pudemos subir para o centro). Para o café da manhã, utilizamos a Padaria Portuguesa (também próxima). Região com muitos restaurantes e vida noturna agitada. Confesso que um pouco barulhenta, mas voltaríamos com certeza, considerando a nossa satisfação com o apartamento e com as facilidades ao redor.

Touché!
Wow! This hotel checked off every box for me. The value for the quality room, location and service was on point. The hotel is in front of “time out” which is a indoor food market with great dining selections. Also, the rooms are well appointed and spacious. What put my experience over the top was the service. The check in was painless and the management was always available. Unfortunately I lost my key and at 12 at night and instantly I got a replacement. Additionally, the concierge was amazing as they gave great recommendations from dining to entertainment. Both on the beaten path and places that only locals know about. Touché!
