Rooms very clean and good. Bathroom missing, but that was clear at the booking. Common bathrooms clean and proper. Staff very friendly. Location just next to a metro station. Would come back any time 😀

Die Unterkunft ist vom Flughafen sehr gut erreichbar und hat eine U-Bahn-Station praktisch vor dem Haus. Die Verbindung in die Innenstadt ist auch schnell, ca. 10 Minuten. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und gemütlich. Es ist ein Wasserkocher vorhanden. Bei offenem Fenster ist der Verkehrslärm sehr laut, aber dafür gibt es eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich kann die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

Grundsätzlich war das „Hotel“ im 3. Stock sehr sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Leider war unser Bett (Doppelzimmer) sehr klein und für 2 Personen ab Grösse 1.70 sehr eng. Dies habe ich auch bei der Rezeption gemeldet. Die Antwort: „Bei uns ist das so da müssen Sie das nächste Mal die Bilder anschauen oder in ein anderes Hotel buchen“. Eine sehr ungenügende und billige Aussage.

The location is very practical. It’s between two major metro stations, one which goes directly to the airport. The price is honest, considering the room is very clean, stylish & functional, with a balcony. Staff is very friendly and helpful too.

Küche direkt vor unserem Zimmer, laut durch Waschmaschine. Konnten leider nicht tauschen, hätten gerne aufgezahlt. Schade

Dear Butzing Certain informations you've put in are not correct. To start, your reservation was for a twin room, but you wanted a room with a double bed. You argued that it wasn't that you reserved and that we didn't have the photos on the website. That's not true because we have photos of all the rooms on the website and when you book a room the photos of the room appear. Also, on the day before check-in, at 8:46AM you were sent a message confirming that your room had a twin bed. We tried to explain that we couldn't upgrade you because we had the guesthouse sold out almost every day. To make your stay more comfortable we asked housekeeping to make an exception and make a double bed in a Twin room. Regarding what commented, the room has tilting windows, it opens from the top and the bottom was not made to open because there is a kindergarten patio right in front of it. Sieht man das Gebäude von aussen, denkt man an eine Absteige. Die Zimmer sind aber schön und sauber. Danke dem Personal, dass sie uns ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett gegeben hat anstelle der gebuchten (hatte nur das eine) Einzelbetten. Im 3.Stock hört man die Metro gut (06.00 - 01.00 Uhr). Mit Ohrenstöpsel kein Problem. Frühstücken kann man überall auf dem Weg in die Stadt.

The accommodation is quite new, relatively calm as you keep close the windows and very clean as well as appealing and feminine designed. The staff is very friendly and courteous. I had booked a single room, but got an upgrade to a double room and was even able to check in 1.5 hours earlier. Breakfast is not included, but can be ordered at a nearby café. There is also a nice lobby to sit, where you can have coffee, tea and water. The room had a private bathroom for showers with towels, toiletries and a slightly weak hair dryer as well as air conditioning, safe and TV with various national and international channels. There was also a water heater and some bags of tea. The bed was comfortable, I slept well. The property is centrally located near the green subway station Anjos or the red and green subway station Alameda (which is only 20 min to the Airport) on the 3rd floor of a building that also houses a student accommodation and some other facilities, but is not located in the touristical part of the city. Unfortunately, the nearest subway station Arroios was closed, so that you had to walk about 5 - 10 minutes, which was ok but a bit uncomfortable considering the homeless, who were sleeping there in the night in the house entrances. Nevertheless, at no time did I feel insecure. I can definitely recommend the accommodation. However, I would choose a different district near the old town Alfama for my next visit.

Personal sehr nett. Wenig Platz um Sachen zu verstauen. Fassadenbeleuchtung leuchtet abends bis 23 Uhr ins Zimmer. Zimmer waren sehr sauber.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und in Ordnung. Die Lage war hervorragend (ca. 20 Min zu Fuß oder 3 Stationen mit der U-Bahn zum Zentrum). Die Busstation ist direkt vorm Hotel, die U-Bahn-Station wenige Minuten entfernt. Leider war die Straße sehr laut, da mehrere Spitäler in der näheren Umgebung waren und die Einsatzfahrzeuge zu hören waren. Wer einen leichten Schlaf hat, sollte das Hotel nicht wählen, da die Fenster nicht schallisoliert sind.

Frühstücksbüffet war leider noch nicht genehmigt von den Behörden, allerdings konnten wir in einem Café um die Ecke ein tolles Frühstück bekommen!

Towels will be changed once in THREE days! You cannot change them earlier and pay extra for it. The extra third bed was bad. Cleaning the bathroom once in the two days! Otherwise, I didn’t see the difference. Using the tea bags and sucker will cost you 9 cnt and the sugar 3 cnt when used. Room for thee: towels and glasses for two.
