Sehr Empfehlenswert
Wir waren für drei Wochen im SANA Metropolitan Hotel Lisbon und haben uns jederzeit sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Das Personal ist äusserst zuvorkommend, aufmerksam, diskret und hilfsbereit Die Lage ist ideal zum Flughafen und ins Zentrum von Lissabon. Das Frühstück-Buffet hat alles was es braucht für einen guten Start in den Tag. Gerne wieder meine erste Wahl in Lissabon.

Im Nasszellenbereich leider ein paar Schimmelflecke aufgrund schlechter Fliesenfugen oder schlechten Silikondichtungen. Ansonsten keinerlei Unsauberkeiten im Zimmer. Der Service ist wirklich klasse - super freundlich, unkompliziert und schnell! Wer seinen Urlaub nicht im Wellness-Zimmer verbringen will, wird hier sehr zufrieden sein. Für Kurzentschlossene oder Städtetrips sehr zu empfehlen!

Das Frühstück ausreichend aber keine Abwechslung.Für 2-3 Tage O.K. aber länger nicht.Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Fernsehsender 3 Deutsche Kanäle von denen 2 nicht zu gebrauchen waren.

Gutes Hotel
Der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war sehr angenehm. Der Service war prima und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls gut (es gab Brötchen, Croissants, Aufschnitt, Obst, Rührei...). Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, allerdings war die Einrichtung/Ausstattung nicht mehr ganz neu, aber in einem ziemlich guten Zustand. Die Metro ist innerhalb von 10 - 15 Min. zu erreichen. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Man hat sich bemüht...
Das ausreichende und vielfältige Frühstück war das Highlight des Tages. Das Zimmer haben wir ohne Handtücher vorgefunden. Haben wir aber sofort nach Aufforderung erhalten. Badezimmertür ist nur eine Schiebetür (miese Qualität). Fenster lies sich nicht schliessen, wurde aber am nächsten Tag repariert. Die Zimmer sind hellhörig. Die Klospülung lief nach und wurde ebenfalls am nächsten Tag repariert. Nun waren alle Mängel beseitigt und damit war das Hotel in Ordnung. Vor allem das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist in Ordnung. Die U-Bahn ist recht gut in ca. 10 Minuten erreichbar. Station Universität verwenden.

the workers are unique: Mr Jorge and Ms Marilene are great cleaners, kind , polite and super helpful.The cooks are wonderful, they make wonderful food, I didnt get their names, unfortunately, but they are just great professionals.Their food is the best in Lisbon, hands down! Misses Carolina, Marta Rebelo,Tania e Catarina are super sweet, kind, always smiling and taking great care of the customers. They go above and beyond to make guests happy. Mr Marco, Pedro Santos and Ruben Pereira are so nice, so polite and helpful, real gentlemen!

The hotel is located in what looks like a derelict housing estate / industrial estate / concrete jungle. There are no nice views, so just bear that in mind. As you enter, staff are friendly and greet you and the entrance looks quite plush and modern. However, the pine furniture everywhere makes the room look incredibly dated. It’s like taking a trip back to the 1970s/80s. The rooms are VERY basic, there are no slippers, or dressing gown, even the rug in the picture was missing. The bathroom mirror does not have a de-misting function, so you have to use a towel to wipe away the steam. In the morning I was greeted by tiny insects slivering on the bathroom floor… I call them silver surfers in the U.K. so I had to put my shoes on whenever I used the bathroom. There’s no spy hole in the door, and a gap between the door and the frame, which made me feel very unsafe as a solo traveller. The walls are also very thin, so I was constantly woken by people chatting outside or in the room next door. Breakfast wasn’t too bad, but it was great so I only had it once, as it was cold, but there’s a good variety. I preferred to venture out to buy breakfast in the town centre. There’s no room service and the restaurant food was very limited, so I ordered Uber eats every night. Would I stay here again - NO.

약 한달 스페인, 포르투갈 여행중 유일하게 추천하지 않는 숙소이다. 4성급이지만 결코 느낄수 없었다. 룸을 청소하는 사람은 청소를 제대로 하지 않아 쓰다만 배개커버가 나의 짐위에 그대로 있고, 수건도 매일 다른 갯수를 주었다. 조식 메뉴는 신선하고 대체로 괜찮았지만 매일 단체 손님들로 인해 아주 번잡했다. 커피를 따로 주문했는데(에스프레소 , 카푸치노) 우리에게만 따로 방번호를 체크하고 주는 기분나쁜 일을 겪었다. 호텔 주변에 불량한 청소년들이 있었는데 나의 가족에게 폭죽을 던져 사고가 날뻔 했다. 주변의 경비가 필요해 보인다.

Great Hotel
Whenever a hotel provides a robe and room slippers, it immediately gets a hundred gold stars from me. I stayed in a room on the tenth floor. The room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately I wasn't awake enough to bring my camera to the breakfast because it was a very nice spread with options such as eggs, sausages, bacon, mushrooms, zucchini, frits, pastries, etc. The breakfast gets gold stars from me as well. The walls are thin, though, as I heard other guests. Overall, I'd highly recommend the hotel.

I stayed 5 nights in this hotel. For a 4 star hotel I was very disappointed that the towels were grey every single night. Expect white fluffy towels was the least for the price we paid.

Rigor, simpatia e muito profissionalismo.
Staff muito simpático, atenciosos e muito cuidadosos para que nada falhe. Tenho agradecer também, que me foi atribuída uma suite pelo facto de o quarto que eu tinha reservado, ter sido ocupado por outro alguém. Não esqueçendo os miminhos que deixaram para o meu filho, um muito obrigado!!! Recomendo e caso visite de novo aquela zona, vai ser o primeiro hotel a procurar.
