Das Zimmer und Hotel allgemein war sauber, das Personal freundlich. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet und geräumig. Das Frühstücksbuffet war frisch und lecker. Die Lage ist ebenfalls gut. Mehrere Stationen der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind fußläufig erreichbar und das Hotel liegt zentral. - Leider habe ich ein Zimmer in der 1. Etage direkt über der Anlieferungszone für den darunterliegenden Supermarkt erwischt. Jeden Morgen war gegen 4:30Uhr eine Anlieferung, wodurch ich geweckt wurde. Zudem war die Haus-Lüftung im Zimmer unglaublich laut (diese konnte man nicht selbst ausschalten, so wie die Klimaanlage). Als ich das an der Rezeption mitgeteilt habe, wurde sich die Sache direkt vom Hausmeister angesehen und es wurde abgeschaltet und ruhig. Die Nacht darauf war das Problem allerdings wieder zurück, was ich dann für die restliche Zeit des Aufenthalts einfach akzeptiert habe. Nachts war es aber wirklich zu laut und nervig.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit guter Einrichtung und gut geschultem Personal. Immer freundlich und auskunftsbereit. Vorbildlich, so muss es sein. Kleinigkeiten: Preisgefüge an der Bar könnte überdacht werden und bei Cocktails (Mojito) könnte man noch etwas üben. Aber unterm Strich ein sehr gutes Hotel in das ich sehr gerne zurückkehren werde beim nächsten Besuch in Lissabon.

Das Hotel war perfekt für unser verlängertes Wochenende in Lissabon! Super zentral gelegen, U-Bahn direkt am Hotel und zu Fuß ist man in 10 Minuten an der Avenida da Liberdade. Es gibt auch nette Cafés und gute Speiselokale in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Wir haben kurz vor Weihnachten in diesem schönen Stadthotel mit guter Anbindung zu 3 Metrostationen eine Woche Urlaub gemacht. Der Service von dem Personal in allen Bereichen war sehr gut. So sollte es sein. Das Frühstücksbuffet wird im 5. Stock angeboten. Es war ausreichend, lecker und vollkommen zufriedenstellend gewesen. Einzig die Wlan Verbindung war nicht immer stabil.Wir kommen gerne wieder in dieses Hotel.
