The house was ready to go for a full family stay. It had terrific inside and outside amenities. Seating for 10 in the kitchen and outside patio. Lake views are beautiful.

This house was by far one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. From the moment we arrived, everything was thoughtfully arranged to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms were spacious, each guest room had its own bathroom, and the views were absolutely stunning.Christina, the owner, was fantastic—always just a text away and quick to respond to any questions we had. Her attention to detail and communication made the entire experience seamless. I would absolutely stay here again!

An amazing relaxing week in Little Elm

We truly had a wonderful restful stay at this beautiful house.The outdoor space, the lake views and the breeze made our week an unforgettable one.The owners thought of absolutely everything you might need to make it your home away from home.We rent a lot of houses annually and this one was by far the most stocked house I have ever encountered.Highly recommended vacation rental.You will not be disappointed!

Very lovely

Met our expectations in many ways. The kids specificlly loved the freedom and toys. Little Elm has a lot to offer for famlies and this house was no exception. So good job Cristina, its a well taken care of home. Would have liked enough comfortable seatingin the living room but we made due! Also may consider putting a weight limit onthe hot tub to help prevent any issues. Either way thank you for a lovely stay.

Perfect Lakefront Getaway!

This property exceeded our expectations! The house was spotless, the check-in process was seamless, and every detail was exactly as described online. The views of the lake were absolutely breathtaking. We especially enjoyed how peaceful the neighborhood was. Communication with our property manager, Cristina, was prompt and extremely helpful throughout our stay. Whether you’re looking to relax or explore nearby Frisco and Dallas, this location is ideal. Highly recommend and would definitely return!

Lovely house on the lake!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, comfortable and decorated well with all the amenities you need. The only thing that was a downside was the neighbors dogs next door kept coming over when we were outside.

Christmas Family gathering

We met our young adult kids here as our home base for the Christmas holiday. House was the perfect setup with an awesome outdoor space (just like the pics). We had plenty of room to spread out and space to play games and just be together. Cristina was super welcoming and communicative both via text and in person. My wife and I now live in Utah with all 3 kids in Texas, this house will be first call for me for future gathering.

Beautiful Vacation Home

Christine is the best host any renter could ask for. Excellent communication throughout our stay. Loved watching the sun rise over the calm blue lake from the comfort of a soft and cozy king size bed. Spacious patio, kayak and games provided comfort and entertainment for my party of 6. This lakefront property was perfect for our fishing trip. Close to stores and fine dining. 40 minutes from Winstar casino. We look forward to returning next year.

Great time

The property was excellent. Beautiful lake view, the house was spacious and had so many nice features -- game room, 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, fantastic master bedroom. The large picture windows in the den and bedroom opened to a wonderful view of the lake. The patio area was huge and had so many nice things, including hot tub, tables for eating, large area with big cushioned chairs for sitting, relaxing, and enjoying the view. There were kayaks to use. Easy access to the lake for water fun. The playground area was in need of cleaning and repair, so we didn't use that. But, everything else was really nice. The hostess was very nice and easy to work with. Wonderful time. We really enjoyed our stay!

Family Trip

Great house that is well equipped for a week at the lake. Has a perfect patio with covered portion for shade to sit and enjoy the views of the lake. The kids had a great time at the house and the activities nearby. Host was great and communicated well. Couldn’t have asked for more from a rental!

Great time - Great house

We have stayed in a few places in the little elm/lewisville lake area. Husband says this is by far his favorite. House is very clean, and has a nice large family room/kitchen space. Location is the best. Just minutes to the Cove water park, tinman social arcade/bowling, restaurants and shopping. Cristina/prop mgr provided all info promptly and clearly. Would definitely stay again!

Un…believable!!!

Where do I start? First of all, the host ( Christina ) was very kind and let us check in early and check out late. Brought the family, Seven adults and six grandkids. The whole family was blown away as soon as we entered the house. The views of the lake from the large windows in the living room and the master bedroom are indescribable. It was a very private area tucked into a cove with calm waters yet we were just right down the road from many restaurants and the beach park. I was able to leave my boat in the water behind the house the whole time. The kids were able to swim in the lake and they lived in the hot tub lol. At night, we all set around the fire pit and the mosquitoes were not even bad. They have tiki torches, but we never had to light them. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room in the house for all 13 of us. I usually go to Florida every year but I have to say this a better experience because I was able to bring more of the family than I could have in Florida because I’m not willing to drive that far lol and I saved a ton of money. We had everything we needed to cook with, beach towels, etc. We will be back at least one more time this summer. Thanks for the memories, Christina!

Perfect Family Getaway!

One of the best places we have stayed! Right on the lake and in a quiet area that is walking distance to great restaurants and activities. The hosts were super responsive and communicated with us throughout the stay. Kayaks, fishing supplies, and a new grill/smoker are just a few of the highlights that we enjoyed. Fully equipped and well appointed kitchen allowed us to make one trip to the nearby HEB for all the food we needed for the weekend and the back patio was the perfect place to enjoy every meal. The four bedroom, three bathroom (two en suite) setup was perfect for our extended family to feel comfortable. This home is well taken care of and the hosts go above and beyond to make the stay enjoyable. We will be back and highly recommend.
