Unfortunately for us, we had several days of rain. Having the kayaks and paddleboards were a boon. Husband and brother-in-law took them to the blue hole nearby. “

„The Mandarin House was perfect for our family of 9. Plenty of room to spread out and have our own space. The house had everything you would need for a great time in Exuma. Kitchen was well appointed with anything you might need for cooking meals. The generator was great for power outages. Filtered water available. Loved the pool and dock for boat we rented from Drex. He was great to work with. Monica and Jonas were great host and always responded quickly to any questions.“

„Our stay at the duplex was a good choice for our party of four. Waking up every morning to a beautiful view of the harbor is a great start to the day. The location is convenient to exploring both the north and south parts of the island and getting supplies from town. The home itself has nice indoor or outdoor gathering spaces and the neighborhood is well maintained as are the amenities. No complaints :)“

We also kayaked & used the paddleboard thanks to the direct water access. The water filtration system and icemaker was a game changer (saved me from buying 15 gallons of water!!). „The most amazing and stunning home! We booked Seas the Day for my husband's 40th birthday celebration for 5 couples. It was so nice for each couple to have their own room and bathroom. The common areas were the perfect size and we never felt crowded or on top of each other. The beds were extremely comfortable which is always nice to find in a VRBO. Anything we needed he responded to within minutes. If you stay here and rent a boat, be aware of the tides as boats may not be able to get in and out at low tide. Not a problem just takes some planning. Kayak up the lazy river and see a few barracuda and small sharks. “
