„All the reviews you read a true. This was our 2nd time staying at Charlie’s place. Charlie is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. His villas are spotless and he has everything you need including car and boat rentals. This is the best location if you want secluded beaches. Just kayak over and explore Man-O-War Cay. The most beautiful colors of blue water and white sand in the world and you have it all to yourself! Driving can be a little intimidating with narrow roads. “

„Our stay at the duplex was a good choice for our party of four. Waking up every morning to a beautiful view of the harbor is a great start to the day. The location is convenient to exploring both the north and south parts of the island and getting supplies from town. The home itself has nice indoor or outdoor gathering spaces and the neighborhood is well maintained as are the amenities. No complaints :)“

„When we walked through the door for the first time it literally took our breath away. We have been coming to Exuma for 12 years and thought we had seen it all. This is by far nicer then anything we have ever seen. The sand bar is a screensaver and the beauty of this property and home is stunning. If you want to get away and enjoy paradise this is heaven. „Amazing home with the perfect location. Everything was spotless and very well maintained. The home worked out perfectly for 4 couples. The pool, the beach , the home. Well stocked with everything we needed. Plus 5 minutes from the airport. Well located on the island. You wouldn't even need to leave the house. Although we did.to visit other beaches. „House was great. Enough space for our family of 6 - 2 grandparents, 2 adults, 2 kids (13, 9). Communication was easy but do wish check in instructions were given earlier. Upon arrival I had no cell service so was not aware that the proprty manager was going to be leaving the door unlocked for us. Not a huge deal but a little scary to start our trip with not knowing how to get into the home. The house was clean and as pictured. „We traveled with one other family (4 adults and 2 17-year old boys). The house was absolutely perfect for us! We loved how each bedroom/bathroom was its own building. Perfect for the teens to have their own rooms! Steps from the beach also. We were able to see the sunrise as well as the sunsets! Tar Bay Beach is amazingly beautiful with plenty of space to walk at least a mile in each direction. Check-in was really easy, and everyone throughout the process was very friendly and responsive. “

„The property was wonderful. It had 6 suites with king size beds. It accommodated all 12 quests. The host/owner did above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. “
