« I would not rent this place if you have a family. He charged extra a week after our stay for additional cleaning. There are blankets covering older, dark colored dated couches. The flooring is not even with a huge dip near the sliding glass doors. When I tried to inquire as to why we were being charged, he was unprofessional and I was taken aback by his responses. We will not stay here again. »

« We enjoyed staying here however there was no hot tub. Zero. Three of us walked around the entire property looking with achy back after a long day at work. Stay there for four days and couldn’t find the hot tub in four days. Ask the host three times via Vrbo on location of hot tub and all she did was reply yes, there was one. If you don’t have a hot tub – don’t advertise one. We would’ve probably still booked anyway, but it was definitely one of the reasons we chose this location. »

« BEWARE Soooo much I can say about this location. Immediately, we noticed that the home had terrible cleaning conditions. The walls, shower, floors, baseboards n Kitchen ceiling fan were absolutely FILTHY! The upstairs shower was grimy n even had hair under the shower mat (dirty as well). The neighborhood had MULTIPLE stray cats that constantly crawled the patio n even slept on the furniture causing us not to use the patio at all! The backyard n front door area even smelled like cat urine....

« Stark would be the adjective I'd use at this property. It could really use a rug, a couple lamps, and a couch. It is among a group of other rentals and people walk right next to the windows that do not have adequate draping. The lock on the door didn't work. The TV in the main bedroom is for show as there isn't an electric outlet at that location. « The property was clean and easily accessible. We stayed in the part of the property that was in the basement. We had access to washer machine and dryer, fridge and microwave all which worked well. We did experience difficulty with temperature regulation with the air conditioner and needed linen for the sofa coach, which we went out and purchased on our own. »

The listing claims it’s a 2-bedroom, but one of the rooms is just a converted garage, making the layout dark and uncomfortable.The biggest issue was the ant infestation in the kitchen.
