« Really, comfortable, nice room, staff great at check-in but had limited chance to sample anything else as 1 day trip and away early. Getting to Liverpool and back more of a challenge than expected on public transport, especially journey back after 11 so maybe budget for a cab if that's your plan. »

« Worst experience ever at a hotel. To begin with we were handed the wrong keys for our rooms and given NO keys for entry into the actual building. This absolutely ruined the weekend as we were forced to sleep on the streets. We woke up and returned to the hotel with a cold and was given no apology or explanation just was told the door is now fixed and to turn the handle the other way.
