Nicht noch einmal!
Wir haben erstmalig (und letztmalig) im Crowne Plaza Liverpool City Centre. Bei der Anreise / beim Zimmer Check-in fehlte der Duschvorhang. Zudem verfügte das Zimmer über keinen Kühlschrank, was bei 4 Sterne - Hotel Pflicht ist. Alles im Allen stimm das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis nicht.

Freundliches Personal beim Ceck in und im Restaurant. Leider wohl vermutlich aufgrund der Unterbesetzung speziel im Restaurant und an der Bar etwas überfordert. Zimmer: dreckige, benutze Zahnputzbecher. Wurden wohl nur kurz so kurz durchgespült und wieder so hingestellt. Waren noch Reste von Zahnpasta am Boden des Glases vorhanden. Bettdecke hatte noch einzelene Flecken die beim Reinigen nicht ganz rausgegangen sind. Für diese Hotelgruppe, Namen und Preis nicht akzeptabel.

I loved the breakfast, the staff, the location. The pool was great, but could do with a little more cleaning around the side. It was a lovely facility to have, please clean a little more though!

Had no running pressure in the bathroom with water for showering and barfing air-conditioning, making bad noise all night reported this to reception and was told they’re going to look into it but had no maintenance to look into it when reported next morning mentioned it and the same lady spoke to yesterday, wasn’t there

Clean spacious rooms right on the waterfront. 10 min walk along the waterfront to museums & historic buildings. 5 min walk to city centre with more historic buildings and many restaurants. Fantastic gym: high quality cardio machines and weigh rack, large warm pool. Deducting one star because the in-room coffee is horrid instant and there’s no coffee machine in the lobby or coffee shop nearby.

There is nothing not to like about this hotel. Value for money. convenient to everything in Liverpool. Lovely staff. Room clean with lots of extras. I would recommend this hotel.

TV equipment are hold No smart TV and poor internet connection check-in at 3 pm a bit late. You can get a late check out by sign-in to IHG however staff not inform you about it. Only get information about breakfast, no information about pool or gym.

The staff were amazing so helpful and accommodating and the pool area is lovely. The only thing I would improve is soundproofing the rooms a bit better from the corridor/outside.

Fantastic
Stayed for 3 nights for my daughter’s 10th birthday. We went swimming every day and she loved this. Restaurant food was decent. Parking was £54 for the duration. I found this a bit expensive. Lovely staff. The 24hr room service menu was limited but ideal for a midnight snack & considering the birthday girl only wanted skin on fries and a choc brownie it was perfect for her. Immaculate place. Deffo recommend. WiFi is the best I’ve ever used. My daughter’s favourite place so far. Will return for sure x

A localização é perfeita. O hotel é ótimo, bem confortável. Camas boas, bom banheiro. Ótimo café da manhã e restaurante. Escolheríamos esse hotel novamente. Somente 2 pontos negativos: a piscina só pode ser utilizada por crianças até as 18h. Isso não foi legal porque ficamos poucos dias e era a hora ideal, em que voltávamos para o hotel cansados e a piscina seria uma ótima opção de descanso. A limpeza do quarto também deixou a desejar. A cortina estava cheia de poeira visível ao olhar.
