sauberes,gemütliches Hotel mit fantastischem Blick
Der Empfang im Hotel ist nett und professionell, das Zimmer sensationell: Im sehr schönen stilvoll designten Zimmer mit sehr großen Fenstern kann man im Bett liegend das Meer sehen. Am Morgen leuchten die Klippen in der Morgensonne. Da es im Zimmer einen Wasserkocher mit Schokolade, Tee und Kaffee gibt, möchte man abends das Zimmer gar nicht mehr verlassen, so schön ist der Blick. Lichtdichte Vorhänge ermöglichen einen erholsamen Schlaf auf dem fantastischen Bett, in dem man nicht durchhängt. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber, so dass unser Baby problemlos durchs Zimmer robben konnte. Leider ist das Bad etwas klein (v.a. um die Toilette herum und die Duschkabine ist besonders für schlanke Menschen geeignet), aber der Blick, die Sauberkeit, die Bequemlichkeit des Bettes, das Design entschuldigen alles. Die Bedienung am Frühstück ist sehr nett - das bestellte Essen könnte im gut besuchten Hotel etwas zügiger kommen. Wir fahren öfters durch diese Stadt und wir werden das Hotel sowohl empfehlen als auch wieder hier übernachten.

Tolles Design an Top Lage direkt am Meer
Ganz neu renoviert, super Lage, super Design, super Sauber (wofür Englische Hotels meiner Meinung nach nicht gerade berühmt sind...) Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Leider fehlt zur Zeit noch die Routine für einen tadellosen Service da alle noch sehr neu und etwas ungeübt sind, dies kommt bestimmt noch in den nächsten Monaten da sich alle sehr bemühen. Sehr schönes modernes Design, hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Und der Meerblick, unschlagbar!!! Frühstück genial, Grundangebot am kleinen Buffet, der 'Hauptgang' wird frisch zubereitet und serviert. Bestes Rührei seit langem!

Room and bathroom were small. Shower cubicle was uncomfortably small. However all adequate for a couple of nights. See view was as promised. The downside of the room being at the front was that one night's sleep was interrupted by people on the terrace until the early hours.

The whole experience was excellent, all staff were helpful and friendly. 3 remain in my mind, Kane was very helpful when I arrived and went above and beyond to make sure I would be comfortable. Daisy in dining room was really friendly ensuring I was ok as a lone diner and lastly lovely Vanessa on housekeeping always had a cheery greeting and beautiful smile.

We have just had a fantastic stay at the Llandudno bay hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, brilliant location and tasty breakfast. Parking was easy along the promenade. Definitely worth paying for a sea view room to just sit and watch the world go by.

Amazing hotel
We came camr to stay with you 12 months ago, have to stay it wasnt the best stay hotel not finished paint eveywhere no curtains on the window not good. Omg what a difference this ti.e amazing well done guys the best stay ever hotel amazing.

Slow check-in process, had to complete all contact having already submitted it. Offer of water reception, great idea however not refreshed, clearly stale and lemons were waxed not unwaxed. Advised not to use the lift because it “wasn’t great” when staying on the 3rd floor. Runner on bed stained and not clean. Floor was dirty Thermostat turned off. Pillows were lumpy. Shower leaked large of water onto bathroom floor. Bathroom door had holes in the base. General upkeep - poly filler holes from maintenance not sanded or painted: looked shabby. General paint work stained, chipped and poor upkeep.

nothing is too much trouble for the staff, check in was good, the guy on check in was polite and helpfull as were all the staff there, muly only gripe is the windows dont open very much(health and safety i suppose)

Great view of the bay from the room. The room was nicely decorated and comfortable. We paid for our dog to stay & there was a dog blanket & bowl provided. We were also allowed to leave the dog alone in the room when having breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there again.

Comfortable and clean stay
Great service and clean! I arrived late, past 1am. They greeted me at the door and made sure I got to my room ok. I stayed for 2 nights. The location is perfect for walking on the beach, to the pier, and for dining. I would happily stay there again. I had the smaller twin room and was perfectly comfortable.

Lovely Hotel wit attention to detail
Very welcoming at the reception, rooms are very nice and clean. A lot of little finishing touches: shower cap, eye mask, ear plugs. Biscuits, small bottles of water. The service was very warm and friendly. Very nice breakfast and a brilliant location directly at the seafront.
