Piotrkowska Elegant Studio is a charming apartment located in the historic Dawid Szmulewicz Tenement House, right in the heart of Łódź, with a direct view of Piotrkowska Street – the longest pedestrian street in Europe. The courtyard with a fountain at Piotrkowska 37 has been named the most beautiful courtyard in Łódź, while the tenement house itself is a unique, meticulously restored building where guests can experience the spirit of Łódź’s former industrialists.

Piotrkowska Street is Poland’s most distinctive and historic pedestrian street, full of life and a unique atmosphere. A wealth of restaurants (with legendary Polish pierogi served in the best possible way just one floor below), cafés (we particularly recommend the nearby Owoce i Warzywa), unique boutiques, souvenir shops, and nightclubs right on your doorstep attract both locals and tourists. Piotrkowska Street is also the epicenter of cultural events. Concerts, film festivals, fairs, and various artistic events are held here, attracting residents and visitors alike. Piotrkowska is also famous for its vibrant nightlife – in the evening, when numerous bars, pubs, and clubs come to life, the street becomes an entertainment hub for both locals and visitors.

The surrounding area offers many tourist attractions worth visiting, including EC1 (the city’s first combined heat and power plant, now one of the most fascinating buildings in Łódź), the Museum of the City of Łódź located in the historic Poznański Palace, and the Grand Theatre. Numerous shops, cafés, restaurants, entertainment venues, service points, and shopping centers are within easy reach, including Manufaktura and Galeria Łódzka, all accessible on foot in approximately 10 minutes. The apartment is very well connected to the rest of the city, with numerous bus and tram stops as well as Łódź Fabryczna and Łódź Kaliska railway stations nearby. This makes it easy for guests to reach all the other attractions that Łódź has to offer, including the spectacular zoo, the Botanical Garden known for its romantic tulip displays, and Fala Aquapark.

Piotrkowska Elegant Studio is a stylishly designed apartment featuring a living room with a sofa bed and kitchenette, as well as a bathroom. Guests have access to a range of practical amenities, including free Wi-Fi, a TV, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, kettle, and kitchen utensils.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building without an elevator.
