  • Newly built Log Cabin on 5 very private and beautiful acres. Located only 8-10 min. from Old Man's Cave and 3 minutes from Lake Logan. Sleeps 5-6 with 5 Queen/Full beds, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms. Brand new 7 seat, 38 jet Hot Tub, Gas fireplace, WIFI, washer, dryer, large kitchen for cooking, lots of windows with beautiful views, and luxury Amish made reclaimed wood and log furniture. Outdoor area includes firepit patio nestled in the woods, gas grill, and huge wrap around porch. Warm up with a Seasonal Fireplace in the Fall or Winter! Must be 21 years or older to rent. AWD/4WD recommended in all seasons. Free WiFi -may experience disruptions and outages

Highly recommended!!!!

From the booking to checking out everything was perfect!!!! The cabin was just as described. We had 5 adults, one teenager and one child. It was great for a wknd away before school starts. Our favorite spot was the back outdoor space. Large picnic table, grill, tv, hot tub and fire pit with chairs.

Very clean cabin and hot hub which made our stay relaxing and enjoyable.

Cleanliness of cabin, hot tub, and outside area. Lights were clearly labeled and amenities in good working order. The decor was tastefully done. Could use a door stopper in the upstairs bathroom.

The cabin was great and the perfect size for our family of 5. It has that perfect cabin charm you’re looking for. There’s several quirks that are hard to overlook like the extremely high iron content in the well water. The kids were afraid to wash their hands in the water at times. We brought our own drinking water even though they provide filtered drinking water. The gravel driveway is intimidating at first, but drop it in 4wd and it’s no problem. Plenty of room for a 3 point turnaround at the top of the driveway as well. The tv in the main room is mounted way too high, but we didn’t book the cabin to watch tv. The front porch is a really great place to have a quiet cup of coffee. We will definitely book again!

Clean house, dirty dishes. Private property. Great location. Sketchy driveway, steep/loose gravel. No TVs in bedrooms. Only a couple pans with teflon baked off. Grill looks like it’s never been cleaned. Well water ruined clothes in the washer and the owner wouldn’t even apologize.

The location was ideal and the space worked well for us. I was a little disappointed that there was no guest manual since we had an issue with the indoor fireplace and didn’t have any instructions for it. I reached out to the property manager and they gave me troubleshooting instructions. These instructions did not work and so the only solution was to have maintenance out which we really didn’t want to do on our vacation. We also were only left with 4 rolls of toilet paper for 7 people for 3 nights which was not enough. The hand soap was nearly empty in the kitchen and both bathrooms and was clearly watered down. Be aware that this is a well water property and when you shower or wash your hands in the bathroom it smells like well water.
