zenral gelegene Unterkunft in einem ruhigen Hof, grosse Zimmer und voll ausgerüstete Küche, spartanisch möbliert mit ausgessesener Couch, fehlendem Duschvorhang an Duschstange über der Badewanne ( nach Aussage : "english standart"... ). fehlende Kosmetiktücher. Internet gut. Innenräume massiv überhitzt, regulierbar alleine durch Öffnen der Fenster ( wohl nicht korrigierbare Heizung durch Fernwärme ).

Die Lage ist super. Es gibt 3 Tube Stationen in unmittelbarer Gehweite (ca. 5 Min.), es gibt eine gute Busverbindung zum Trafalgar Square, das Apartment war sehr gross, ruhig gelegen und gut zu finden. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und aufmerksam.

Bewertung „The Kings Wardrobe“ Serviced Apartment, London Wir waren mit 3 Personen vom 22.-27.20.2018 in dem Apartment 4.2. Die Buchung erfolgte über Expedia und kostete 1.618 Euro für 5 Übernachtungen. Das sind 262 Euro für eine Nacht bzw. 87 Euro pro Person pro Nacht. Das Apartment liegt sich im 4. Obergeschoss und befindet sich in einem Gebäudeteil zur „St Andrew´s Hill“. Das Apartment-Hotel “The Kings Wardrobe“ teilt sich auf mehrere Gebäude um den Innenhof „Wardrobe Place“ auf. Der Zugang zu dem Innenhof erfolgt über die „Carter Lane“. Das Apartment-Hotel liegt ca. 200 m Luftlinie von „St. Paul´s Cathedral“. Man ist also mitten in der City von London untergebracht. Zentraler geht es nicht. Durch die reizvolle Aufteilung des Apartmenthotel auf mehrer Altbauten ergeben sich verwinkelte Flure. Auch in Bezug auf die Raumaufteilung ergeben Besonderheiten. Der Blick von einem Schlafzimmer geht zu einem engen Innenhof. Unser Apartment befindet sich im Dachgeschoss, über das sich noch ein weiteres Geschoss mit einem Apartment befindet. Es ist über einen Aufzug erreichbar. Das Apartment besteht aus Flur, zwei Schlafzimmern, davon ein Schlafzimmer mit direkt zugänglichen Bad mit WC und Dusche, ein weiteren Bad mit WC und großer Badewanne, einem Wohn- und Esszimmer mit Sitzgarnitur für 3 Personen, sowie Esstisch mit 4 Stühlen. Die gut ausgestatteten Küche verfügt über Kühl- Gefrierkombination, Backofen mit Mikrowelle, kombinierten Wasch- Trockner, Spülmaschine sowie guter Auss

Alles, was man in London braucht!!!!
Wir hatten in der obersten Etage eine Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern, zwei Bädern einem riesigen Wohnzimmer und Küche. Alles war supersauber. das Personal ist sehr hilfebereit und freundlich. Die Lage an der St.Pauls Cathedral ist ideal. Man kann viel zu Fuß erlaufen, hat aber auch alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel in der direkten Nähe, wie auch eine Touristeninformation, in der man alle Fragen los werden kann. Supermärkte sind in der Nähe ebenfalls vorhanden. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Wenn wir nach London fahren, dann werden wir bestimmt wieder in Kings Wardrobe übernachten.

Super gelegenes, sauberes Hotel, welches durch das Appartement viel Raum bietet. Es gibt nichts zu kritisieren. Nettes Personal, hielfdbereit. Kann ich nur empfehlen, würde wieder kommen. Nur zur Information: kein Restaurant im Hotel, aber auch das ist kein Problem, da das Hotel nur von Frühstück anbietenden Cafés umgeben ist. Von der Anbindung u-Bhn/ Regionalbahn sehr gut von jedem Flughafen zu erreichen.

Wohlfühl-Appartment
Das Hotel liegt in einer kleinen Seitenstraße, der Innenhof ist typisch englisch - sehr schön. Der Empfang war wirklich nett und die von uns gebuchte Wohnung (= plus 1 Schlafzimmer) war sehr großzügig. Die Räume sind sehr schön eingerichtet und hell. Auch das Bad ist modern, hier fehlt allerdings eine Steckdose für den Fön. Im Spiegelschrank ist lediglich 1 englische Steckdose für den Rasierer, bei dem man nicht den Adapter-Stecker nutzen kann. Die Küche ist modern und bis auf 1 Deckel für die Pfanne und 1 Mikrowelle fehlt nichts. Die Küche hat nicht nur 1 Kühlschrank, sondern auch einen Gefrierschrank, 1 Geschirrspüler und 1 Waschmaschine. Das einzig wirkliche Manko ist, dass es im TV lediglich englische Sender gibt. Wenn man den ganzen Tag durch London gelaufen ist und abends endlich die Beine entspannt vorm Fernseher hochlegen will, muss man entweder englische Filme gucken oder verzichten. Wenn man den Abend nicht noch anderweitig auswärts verbringen will, sollte man also ein gutes Buch mitnehmen. Wir waren trotzdem rundum zufrieden.

I booked this property quite a few months ago. I was traveling with my adult son. I am a 68-year-old female. I was very surprised to find that they had put us on the top floor and the elevator was broken and had been for at least 3 months. We had 2 large cases, 2 carry-ons, and 2 backpacks to get up there. This did not impress me. Other than that, the apartment was perfect and the staff are all very friendly.

The staff at Native Kings Wardrobe were very pleasant and cordial. The attached cafe and bar were a nice offering. The courtyard was very pretty and a nice place to sip a pint. On the DOWNSIDE, the utensils in the kitchen were spartan...2 dishes, 2 spoons/knives/forks/coffee mugs, etc...so dishes needed to be done after every meal. There was no skillet, and very few other utensils. ALSO, the QR code that was supposed to give instructions for the modern appliances registered as "Not valid", so learning how to use the combo washer/dryer (never saw one before...takes 5 hours for a combined wash/dry of laundry) and the newfangled stove/oven was arduous. Unbeknownst to us, the air conditioning was not working, and A/C was one of the reasons we selected NKW for our stay! The sofa was not particularly comfortable. The hotel/condo was convenient to the Blackfriars Tube station, a 6 minute walk. However, it was also close to 2 pubs, and since we had to keep the windows open due to lack of A/C, it was loud at night. Without A/C we would not stay here again, and if we did we'd ask for a decent supply of dishes and kitchenware before we arrived. Lastly, on several occasions when putting the room key in to the "turn-on-the-lights" slot, an annoying beeping sound would eminate in the condo, and would only stop after repeatedly shutting and starting the circuit breaker. Most annoying.

Wonderful apartment in a great central location! First, two blocks from St Paul’s on the Thames side, yet absolutely country quiet. Apartment is VERY well equipped with stove, fridge, oven, washer dryer, dishwasher and a TV in each room. Could happily stay here for a month or two, and the staff are pleasant and very helpful. Feedback to Native corporate HQ: the high bathtubs are a lawsuit waiting to happen. At least put a stepstool on it the outside of the tub. Second, why is there not a plus in either her bathroom? Had to dry my hair sitting sideways on the bed 8 ft for on a mirror. Back spasm city. Finally, the elevator appears to be permanently out of order. As are a number of other thing like showers and thermostats. Suggest improving the maintenance for a truly outstanding experience.

Very close to the St. Paul’s Cathedral and nice area. The apartment was very nice but there was no air conditioning. We had to request fans but try bedrooms because there were locks on the windows, but found out after one night that the windows could be unlocked by staff in order to open them. Overall, it was a nice stay!

Arrived late evening to the property and they double booked my family’s two rooms. We had to scramble to find new rooms in the middle of the night. We paid significantly more for the new rooms and had to take multiple taxis in the middle of the night to the new hotel. All was terribly inconvenient. Don’t really understand how the confusion occurred because I even called them to confirm the number of beds available for our trip. Travel very carefully if you book them via a travel service.

We spent a great week in London staying at Native Kings Wardrobe. Our 2 bedroom was very spacious, well appointed, nicely remodeled and clean. The hotel is conveniently located to Blackfriar station with lots of dining, shopping and sightseeing in walking distance. Breakfast to go bags in the morning were a great added touch! The location of the apartment was great. Within walking distance to many things with public transportation near by. The apartment was clean and simple. Maybe a few updates are needed… there was a broken tile in the bathroom and the lift was out of order for our entire stay. The bedroom at the street side was quite noisy, traffic and people yelling. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were very nice. The only problem was that there was no elevator and our room was on the 5th floor and there was no way my mother could get up and down those stairs multiple times a day. The front desk escorted us to another room except that someone was already staying in that room. Eventually they got us to another room, and it was an upgrade. Very clean and spacious. But the ac didn’t work and the safe wasn’t bolted down. It was a quiet area though and the windows were easily opened.

This property surprised me! The location was excellent. I wouldn't imagine that we could get something of this quality for this price in this area of London. I only stayed briefly; but if you really want to check out London for a longer period, this is the place to stay!

superb apartment.
Superb apartment in prime location. Unfortunately the was a lot of noise in the night from bin lorries on the street when I was there. The girls at reception were friendly and helpful.

Lovely apartments in the heart of the city next to St Paul’s cathedral. The staff are very friendly, professional and helpful and the apartments are clean, comfortable and quiet. Great value for the location. I’ve stayed here a few times and will continue to.

Excellent accommodation
I stayed in a refurbished 2 bedroom apartment. Beautifully designed, beds very comfortable and kitchen new and well stocked. Lots of finishing touches. The flat and building were very clean and located a short distance from Blackfriars tube station but tucked away in a quiet courtyard.

An excellent property. It is in the midst of conversion so expect some early morning construction noises (I'd suggest avoiding using high RPM rotary tools before 0830) but otherwise a very nice courtyard apartment facility in great area of the city.

Solid place
Huge space. Clean, central. Friendly staff. Functioning kitchen. Electronics are old but didn’t really use them. There is overall engine or heating sound that is persistent in the background but didn’t bother me too much. Overall I would have my colleagues stay there too. Now the lift was broken for a week,I had to carry my 3 week luggage up to 3rd floor and down. can’t say I liked it.
