Hotels nahe London Designer Outlet (London)

„Really enjoyed the stay! The transport accessibility is convenient, even though takes one hour to most of the attractions. Super comfortable mattresses. Appreciate shortbread and water refill each day. Delicious breakfast with cheese/meat, freshly baked croissant and menu choice for egg plates. Starts 6.30 weekdays and 7.30 weekends. Restaurant available in the backyard. I wish there was lotion available. Room might need light refurbishing.“

„We loved Ferrum! It’s a close location to Wembley Stadium and near a ton of grocery stores and restaurants. We also traveled from the airport to the hotel and the train dropped us right across the street, which is a huge plus!! Everyone was so nice to us and the description on the listing when we booked matched exactly what was said. Didn’t even realize with the full kitchen we got everything we needed to cook, which is a huge plus if you want to stay in and cook a meal“

„Reception was closed (for referb I think) and we were not able to get in contact with the staff at the hotel very easily, had to go to the shop next door and ask them to ring the hotel staff, phone number was wrong on this app, mine was too for some reason so this is a hotels.com issue really. Did try to communicate via the app to ask for the number but they were unresponsive after the first message where they said the reception was closed. Was very helpful when we did get in. Once we did get ...

„I booked the room for just one night. The room was clean and even when the radiator was not working I called reception and they fixed it very quickly. Very friendly staff and helpful. I can recommend this place with no doubt“

„Very disappointing experience. There was no communication from the property before arrival despite five attempts to contact them. We arrived at 5:15pm, well after the 3pm check-in time, yet two people were still in the property washing up and cleaning. Had we arrived at 3pm, the property clearly would not have been ready. The cleanliness was unacceptable. Plates and pans needed washing before use, there were dirty cups in the dishwasher, mouldy cheese in the fridge and a freezer that appeared ...
