Booked Deluxe Apartment, Private Bathroom, City View and was assigned Golborne Suite - Apt 5 on Street level. There's no housekeeping and only on request with an additional fee which was not stated on the listing. There's only 1 key fob available for a room which can potentially sleep 4 is ridiculous. My partner and I were on different schedules and not having our own key was a pain. Recommended communication is by calling a UK number which is very expensive for tourist. They did not have WhatsApp or other. Eventually communicated by sending messages in Expedia App. Apartment had a stale cooking smell, was not very clean. Tiny wardrobe which was stocked to waist height with extra linens, which is nice but prevents hanging up clothes. Furniture, walls carpets were quite stained. Sold as City View, but there was none. All windows looked internally at walls and AC Condenser units. Shower had a terrible mixer where you cannot control water flow as it is single control together with temperature so to have warm water the water was always max blast which was at least very strong, but huge waste of water. You're standing in a pool of water because it drains slower than the water output. There's no counter space in the bathroom. Some positives are the great location, under floor heating in the tiny bathroom. Kitchen appliances and washer worked though looking into the kettle was gross and we spent some time cleaning before using anything.
