The Space:

Open plan living and kitchen, opening onto a private C-shaped balcony that wraps around the corner of the flat.



Both bedrooms - super king beds, premium mattresses and linen, and a 55" smart TV in each.



Living room - 75" smart TV. All three carry cable channels, movies and sport included, plus an arcade console with 300+ games.



Kitchen - dishwasher, oven, hob, large fridge freezer, filter coffee.



Designated Work area - height-adjustable desk and ergonomic chair.

Guest Access:

The whole flat is yours - no shared spaces inside and no host on site.



Guests also have the communal sky terrace, with sun loungers and the best views in this part of south London.

The Neighborhood:

Clapham is where south London goes out. Clapham High Street has the bars, the restaurants and the late openings; Venn Street has the cinema and the Saturday market.



Clapham Common is a short walk - 220 acres for a run, a picnic or a pub garden on the edge of it.



Brixton is one stop away for the market and the music, and Battersea Power Station is a short ride north.



Getting Around:

Clapham North (Northern line) is directly opposite - straight into the City and the West End without changing.



Clapham High Street station is a 200m walk, on the Windrush line, for Shoreditch, Dalston and Clapham Junction.



Clapham Junction gives you the whole south, plus Gatwick. Buses run all night along the high street.



Other Things to Note:

Third floor, three flights of stairs, no lift. It is a real climb with suitcases - please factor it in if stairs are difficult. It is not step-free.



Both beds are super kings (180cm x 200cm).



The sky terrace is communal and shared with residents. It is one level up from the apartment. Opening hours: 9am-9pm



Air con is one portable unit plus two fans. Opposite a station on a busy high street: lively, not quiet. No parties, no smoking. Max 4.



***IMPORTANT NOTICE***



✔Travel cot: We do not set up the travel cot or high chair, and cot bedding/linen is not provided. We only supply the items, and guests are responsible setting up the travel cot and providing their own cot bedding



✔The property is equipped with 1 portable air conditioning unit and floor fans for the other rooms. The portable air conditioning unit is movable and can be placed in whichever room guests prefer during their stay.



✔Check-out: By 11am

**If guests delay cleaners at check-out, a charge of £100 per hour applies if not arranged or approved by us in advance



✔Smoking Policy: No smoking is allowed at the property. Please note that any signs of smoking will incur a fee of £300



✔Lost Keys: In the event that a guest loses or fails to return the keys to the apartment at the end of their stay, a replacement fee of £100 will be charged to cover the cost of key replacement and rekeying the locks.



✔Lockout Call-Out Fee: If the guest locks themselves out of the apartment during their stay, a call-out fee of £100 will be charged for the assistance provided to gain entry. This fee covers the cost of the service call and any related expenses.



✔Strictly prohibited to have wild events and large gatherings at this apartment



✔Dishwasher/Washing machine detergent: We provide a washing machine in all our apartments but detergent is not supplied. Dishwashers are in most of our properties but again we do not provide dishwasher tablets



***Penalty or fee will be charged if rule will not follow.



***This is not a serviced apartment meaning it will not be cleaned during your stay (this can be arranged for an extra fee! and amenities such as toilet roll and toiletries will not be replenished once they run out.
