Good but noice from the corridor
Perfect to stay for being at the airport. Nice rooms and comfortable beds. Just the noice coming from the corridors and banging room doors isn’t nice at all. Here something must be done.

Das Hotel liegt mitten im Terminal 2 von Heathrow. Das (Single)Zimmer war zwar klein, aber völlig ausreichend, das Bett wunderbar bequem, die Dusche groß und der Wasserdruck gut. Im Hotel gibt es zwangsläufig keine Fenster, was mich überhaupt nicht stört, sollte man aber bedenken, wenn man Platzangst hat. Vom Fluglärm war nichts zu hören. Wenige Meter entfernt war ein M&S Food, bei dem man sich mit Getränken und Sandwiches, Joghurt, Obst etc eindecken kann und direkt gegenüber ein Coffee-Shop. Ein perfekter Ort zum Übernachten, wenn man bei Ankunft/Abflug oder Umsteigen nicht mehr fahren will.

Flughafenhotel
Für eine Nacht am Flughafen ist es in völlig in Ordnung - länger wollte ich aber nicht bleiben. Das Zimmer war sauber, allerdings komplett ohne Fenster. Das Personal professionell wenn auch nicht freundlich. Es liegt in Terminal 3 - wenn man in T2 ankommt, ist das ca. 15 min zu laufen.

This was extremely convenient for an early flight. I wish we had known that the inside walkway was closed, but it wasn't a big problem to go outside to access the terminal.

The room was very clean, though quite small. But it was very well laid out and had everything we needed. A good option if you don’t want to deal with shuttles.

I liked everything from its convenient location within the airport, wonderful shower, small yet efficient room and furnishings, friendy, courteous staff, wonderful selection of organic, gluten free, and other incredibly healthy meals located next door to hotel at M & S Store plus a wonderful Italian Café across from M& S Store.

Rather than get up very early on a Monday to get to Heathrow, we decided to book a room at the Aerotel. It took some time to find the hotel after disembarking from the Heathrow Express. First there are signs, then there aren't signs so you keep walking and hope you can find it. Seeing the final sign at the entrance was a relief. The "lobby" opens right into terminal 3. Check in was lovely, a very nice woman helped us. We had a "family room" with 2 beds and I found the size adequate for two people and 3 large bags. The room was set up with complimentary waters, instant coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. There were also some sandwiches and snacks available for purchase in the lobby. The room was quiet, which was great for our needs. As others have mentioned, there are two green lights in the ceiling and they were a bit distracting. There are no windows, but not a great loss as we just needed to sleep. Beds were comfortable, Towels were very nice, unexpectedly so. Unfortunately the body wash was out in the shower, a minor inconvenience. Getting to terminal 2 was over 20 minutes of walking from the hotel so keep that in mind as you time your departure.

Benefits - Great location, great staff, clean comfortable rooms and easy to get food at M&S in the terminal. Nice lounge area to eat in as rooms are small and have no windows. Bright green ceiling lights that stay on all the time and the lack of windows are the downsides for this hotel.

I think for price you pay you would expect more but convenience and stress free day on the day of the trip is what appealed to me to stay here. Traveling 2 hours on the day of flight that’s not for me as so many thing could go wrong. I would most definitely stay here again ☺️

Service was excellent. I had a minor issue with my room and I was moved immediately - plus they responded quickly. First room I was in did not have any air conditioning and was quite warm. Rooms were clean, very functional and the location for a 14 hour night layover could not have been better.

Room VERY small. If you had more than 1 case you had no room to move. Also electronic air con device back light very bright changing constantly between red, blue and green. So bright couldn't sleep. Not the idea of booking a bed!!

Perfect stay for a Heathrow overnight. Room did not have a window so felt a bit like a cavern but all is comfortable, quiet and convenient.
