Super Apartment in direkt in der City

Da wir länger als drei Nächte in London geblieben sind, wurden wir kostenlos vom Hotel abgeholt. Damit fing der Urlaub schon entspannt an. Die Mitarbeiter haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns während des gesamten Aufenthaltes sehr gut betreut. Das Apartment war mit allem ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt. Marble Arch ist nur ein paar Schritte vom Haus entfernt, so dass man gleich in der Stadt ist. Es war ein rundum toller Aufenthalt.

Very Nice stay in London

The apartment was very nice, I was surprise to find out that has PS4 and Xbox in the living room. My kids were delighted. Also i forgot some valuable stuff and they send free of charge to me.

London get away for a special family of 6

The Chic Residency was a perfect place for the 2 sisters, their 2 daughters, and 2 very special granddaughters, to to stay. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room/dinning and kitchen gave us the space that we needed for this group. Perfect view with easy access to everything we wanted to do. Would recommend this for any traveler.

Fantastically spacious, clean, modern and well appointed central appartment. Warm and helpful welcome from Karolina. I booked this last minute because I had friends cooking to stay from overseas and had had a flood at home. We actually enjoyed it so much, we're planning to come back just to be central and enjoy the appartment again.

Vi havde en rigtig god tur. Lækker lejlighed med alt vi havde brug for. Fantastisk service af personalet. Tæt på både undergrundsbane og busser. Lige ud til lang forretningsgade og med fødevarebutikker lige om hjørnet. Vi vil bestemt anbefale det til familie og venner.

Excellent customer service.

Great location, convenient access, customer service excellent! Apartment was spacious and set up well for our family needs. Strength of the place is Karolina and how far above and beyond she goes to ensure the stay is the entire experience - communication, helpful, transfers, etc. We would stay here again based on our experience.

Birthday Weekend - AMAZING!

Five of us stayed here the last weekend of November to celebrate my birthday. I had 2 rooms booked at another hotel totalling to almost £1,000 for 2 rooms for 2 nights. I found Chic Apartments totally by chance but I'm so glad I did! The staff couldn't do more and Karolina was in contact with me almost daily on the run up to our arrival. The apartment itself was fantastic - it meant that the 5 of us could stay together rather than 2 separate rooms split across a large hotel and we even had a beautiful Christmas Tree in the lounge area! None of us wanted to leave to apartment on our final day and the staff even let us leave luggage until 6pm on a Sunday! We are already planning to head back in the new year. Nothing could hav made our stay better, there was even a shop right next door for any bits we may have needed! Can't wait to visit again and thank you so much for making my birthday weekend so memorable!

I will stay here again. Highly recommended.

We decided to spend a weekend in London and didn't want to get a standard hotel room in an inconvenient area of London. When we found this apartment it ticked all the boxes and had some great reviews which convinced us to stay. We couldn't have been happier with our choice. The staff were very responsive and friendly. Any questions were quickly answered and we were treated very well. They have raised the bar on customer service. The apartment was in a very central location with a lift and great views. We had our bags carried up for us and when we entered the apartment we were very pleased about how it looked. Big bathrooms, well set out rooms with comfy sofas dining area and kitchen. TV with sky, wifi, and even a playstation! I've stayed in some impressive hotels but none give you the space and feeling of freedom that these apartments gave us. On the first day we decided to go to a restaurant and then a show. They took all the hassle out of this by booking the restaurant, booking the show and having a Maybach to pick us up and take us to everything. Not only would I recommend any friends to go and stay with them but my wife and I will also be back in the new year for another stay. They turned a weekend break into the most memorable weekend of the year!

Amazing place to stay in central London

I have to say that the apartment was immaculate, spotlessly clean and very nicely decorated, with all mod cons. The reception staff were extremely helpful with all our questions, recommending great places to eat and visit and they definitely went above and beyond in making our stay just perfect. The location was first class, very close to Hyde Park, Oxford Street (great for shopping and Selfridges department store is about 10 minute walk away) and very well connected with public transport, many buses (15 minutes to Knightsbridge) and Marble Arch tube station (central line) very close by.

My best stay in London

The apartment was great, the staff excellent, always concerned about the smallest details. They overexeeded my expectations. The staff was so kind and proactive in all matter. I would recomend the apartmen to anybody who wants to hace a great experience in London.

Central, Comfortable, Luxury Serviced Apartments

So last minute the place I wanted to stay told me that they couldn't fit me in, So went onto Expedia and found this Chic Apartment called the Chic Residency Apartments which was a great find. Excellent location and walking distance from Oxford Street and Marble Arch Station. The Apartments are large for central London and the 2 Bed we stayed in was a high standard, I would say 4 star. To my surprise we had Xbox One and PS4 in the media centre with a Large Samsung TV, Cool! All the latest games for available to hire for no charge. Both Bathrooms were modern. The Building is modern with lift and reception area was ok. The place I would say is more of Luxury serviced Apartments than hotel. The reception were based on 2nd floor and Staff were really helpful, new best places to eat, bars etc. Hope this helps.
