The staff were great! They could not control the things that combined together to make an awful stay. Our room was 308, and though all the way up on the third floor, our wall shook from the vibrations of loud car engines in the parking lot of the restaurant next door, and we could easily hear every filthy word that the owners of those engines spoke. It seemed like they’d never leave, and it wasn’t even the weekend. We also had no hot water (despite me patiently trying all directions for the tap handle) and our tv remote had to be replaced with one that worked. After a long day driving, I was disappointed all around. The front desk ladies were both very kind and helpful.
