The flat accommodates up to three guests, with a king-size bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living area. It has one bathroom with a walk-in shower and is set on the first floor of the building, with stair access only.

Bloomsbury is one of London’s most charming central neighbourhoods, known for its garden squares, literary history, elegant streets and cultural landmarks. Spend the day exploring the British Museum, browsing the independent shops and cafés of Lamb’s Conduit Street, wandering through Russell Square or heading into Holborn for theatres, restaurants and easy access to the West End. Clerkenwell is also nearby, offering a brilliant mix of design-led dining, historic pubs and creative energy. The flat is well connected by Chancery Lane, Russell Square and Holborn stations. *The property may not be used for any commercial purposes, including filming or professional photography. If any guest uses the property for any commercial purpose, an additional charge of £500 per day for the duration of the stay will be charged and/or the stay will be immediately terminated
*Pets are not permitted, with the exception of registered service dogs.
*Guests are responsible for following the rubbish disposal instructions provided for the property.

The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.

Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

We would like to mention the check-in process:
With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards.

Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in. Please be careful with art, books and things of value in the house.
