Dear Pauline thanks for the review and feedback, unfortunately the toaster got broken that morning and we were not aware but a nice new shiny one has replaced the old one, that toasts on both sides. We serve lots of pastries and on the morning that you dined we were very busy after opening and as they are fresh produce we ran out of pastries. We are so glad your husband enjoyed his breakfast and we wish you all the best for 2024.

Dear PaulineThank you for your feedback, we will act accordingly and definetly get a member of staff on the buffet and get everyone their toast. I have checked the toaster and it is toasting all sides of the bread and I have checked all of the four slots in the toaster.We but out quite a few pastries and crossaints and they are baked fresh in house, we could have supplied you with some if we had knoen at the time that you were having breakfast.We are planning to have our rooms repainted this year and new carpet so we are aware that our rooms need freshening up.We are delighted that your husband had a great stay and enjoyed his cooked breakfast, thanks for the feedback and have a great new year,Kind RegardsThe Reservation Team
