Two blocks from Oxford Street and yet so calm. Didn't hear a sound at night. Our room had a good size bathroom fully equipped. The bedroom had sink, microwave, safe, and refreshments. The electricity went out late the day we arrived,but we didn't need them until the next morning and they were there first thing. Excellent service! They stored our luggage because we arrived hours before check-in and after shopping we came to our room and they had brought our luggage there. Same for departure, they stored our luggage. Will definitely recomend this hotel for others and we will hopefully come back in the future! Thank you for the service! Loved the staff! Ingunn Engeland

Il personale dell'hotel è stato molto disponibile nel momento in cui, resisi conto che mia madre non poteva raggiungere facilmente la stanza posta al 4 piano senza ascensore, ci hanno immediatamente trasferite in una stanza al pian terreno. Complessivamente il giudizio sulla struttura è positivo, vista anche al posizione centrale e la vicinanza dei mezzi pubblici

Everything fine, except the breakfast. Options were vry less. Staff was courteous. But suites had some infrastructure issues.

It's in a good location for Oxford Street,but it's not a good hotel.The wi-fi only allows 1 device access,the air conditioning is poor,the windows are not double glazed,the bathrooms are tiny

The hotel is really nice in a great location. The room is spacious & clean. The reception staff were helpful when we stayed there. However..... i left a dress in the wardrobe, i emailed them twice & had no response. I called 5 times & each time was told they would ask housekeeping & call me back. They never did!! I can only assume that housekeeping stole my dress. I would think twice about booking

Trangt og slitt. Møblene på badet holdt på å falle fra hverandre. Komisk å kalle ett litt større rom, ca. 16 kvm. for en "suite". Det fins ingen fasiliteter her, lobby, bar e.l. Du bare leier rommet, som bare kan brukes til å sove i. Beliggenheten er dog bra, to minutter fra Marble Arch og Oxford Street.

Really, really disapointed.
Got there at 2pm, as was the deal. The receptionist then told me there was no vacancies (I had booked three weeks earlier), and that I should have received a mail about it from the hotel. I had. Two hours earler, while busy working, so I hadn't seen it. Then she told me that I was booked at another hotel, and the mail also said that. Problem was, the address was wrong, so I had two taxi trips, with three pieces of luggage, on my own expence, before I found the hotel that they had booked for me. Problem was, the hotel hadn't been told. It took another 30 minutes, and then we were given the smallest room in the hotel. Not a bad room, but not exactly what I had paid for. Then, at four in the morning, a terrible noise suddenly appoeared and went on for 20 minutes. Couldn't sleep until it was over. Then, at 6am, it started again. We decided to get up and went for breakfast. At 8am, it started again, and now we fetched the hotel receptionist. He was very nice, and gave us another room, much bigger, thank you, and with a view out to the street. The rest of the stay was okay, but not by merit of the Marble Arch Suites. Avoid them.

Massive potential
Could be lovely. Some great design in the room just a few things need fixing. There is a potential mini kitchen but without cutlery or crockery it is a bit frustrating. Staff lovely, room clean and bed very comfortable

Central/convenient - but tired
Good value for a central location and the reception ladies were cheerful, even though they were dealing with an antiquated system and the tiniest desk space. Bedrooms were tired but the bed was comfortable. However, the air-con in my room was so noisy (old) that I had to turn it off in the middle of the night. The small shower room was not as clean as I would have hoped and the extractor fan rattled deafeningly. There was also a crazily bright green security/sensor light on the ceiling, so the room was far too lit-up during the night, rather defeating the point of the blackout curtains.

Great hotel, badly advertised parking
The overall hotel was great l, room was good and clean however a big part of this was “parking available” on the site only to be told that there was no onsite parking and that the only parking was on the street for 4hrs only. This was a massive inconvenience having to find alternative parking and at an additional cost that I wasn’t expecting to be paying

Hotellets vinduer var meget utætte og badeværelset isende koldt, ingen fornøjelse at gå i bad og på toilet. Rengøring kunne sagtens blive bedre og dobbelt dynen var så lille at den næsten ikke kunne delen mellem to personer, beskidte møbler og gardiner Klagede til den lille reception hvor personale også sad med jakke på grundet kulden. Fik at vide at det var hvad jegkunne forvente af en gammel bygning. Bare ikke godt nok Der var ej heller nogen info ved tjek ind. Personale der sad der kunne heller ikke tjekkes os ind og måtte skaffe en anden personale. Meget dårlig oplevelse KAN IKKE ANBEFALE DETTE HOTEL

My room was very nice, apparently a deluxe room I somehow got upgraded to. Very spacious and comfortable. On the other hand, my collegue (who booked directly through the website) had a bad experience. They apparently lost or overbooked his reservation, and then he ended up in a small, damp, noisy basement room.

Complete rip off. Unprofessional staff. Moved my booking to another hotel of the group without explanation. The room was tiny, old and dirty. There was Mold on the bathroom walls. They wouldnt gice drinking water until asked everyday. The list is long. The only thing good about the place was its location.

Hotel is superb for concerts at Hyde Park and other sightseeing locations. Plenty of restaurants, cafés to choose from and 18 minutes walk to Paddington train station if flying from Heathrow Airport.

Disgusting! Booked 3 -4 days before booking date, travelled 120 miles to arrive at 8pm only to find hotel closed, note on door. Hotels.com customer service team appears to now be based in India and after a 30 minute phone call
