Stayed 2 nights here with my wife and niece. The location is great, very close to Waterloo Underground and you can actually walk over the bridge and you're at Westminster Abbey/Big Ben.
Service at the hotel was great, we got to check in early as 12pm and got even my complimentary room upgrade as a gold member, although the discount coupon for the restaurant not. The room was big enough for 3 persons, beds comfy and was very quiet though our stay.
The room was in desperate need of renovation. The walls were full of black marks, there was not a single cupboard/closet that was working properly. Either the handle was broken, it didn't close properly or hinges were broken. AC kept a noise so had to shut it off for the night to be able to sleep. Pieces were nicked out of the closet or table corners, shower had some stains of old age... I didn't bother to ask for another room because we honestly didn't spend that much time in there and moving 3 peoples stuff is a bit of a pain, but for a nice hotel otherwise, and for that room price, I would have expected the room to be in considerably better condition. The cleaning crew could also step up a little bit. They came to clean the room around 5.30pm, elevator windows were horribly dirty... Little details but again, for a hotel of that level...
