Sehr freundliches Personal, weich Betten, wir hatten als 4 köpfige Familie 2 Doppelzimmer mit Verbindungstür, das war sehr praktisch. Die Zimmer sind klein und dunkel, das Bad war nicht sauber, wurde aber nach Beanstandung sofort nochmal gereinigt. Frühstücksbuffet war ok, nach 3 Tagen hat uns das Personal gefragt ob wir gerne auch etwas anderes hätte wie z.B. Omelette, Spiegeleier oder Pancakes ( kostenlos). Das Restaurant ist sehr teuer mit wenig Auswahl, günstigere Sachen ( z.B. Pizza) kann man nur in der Bar bestellen obwohl es aus der gleichen Küche kommt. Das Essen hat uns nicht überzeugt.

Great 1 night stay
We had less than 20 hours between flights. This was the right choice. Hotel is nice as expected for a Sheraton, staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are not very big, but big enough, it's bigger than some hotel rooms in Manhatten. Nice hot shower. The breakfast buffett was delicious with plenty of choices. The staff at bar and restaurant was friendly and you saw them frequently cleaning/ wiping the areas. The check-in and out was quick. It worked great with the airport shuttle from T 5. I believe it goes at the hour and half past from bus bay #17. The return shuttle goes only ones every hour and it takes 30-40mims back to T 5. Kids are for free on the bus. Would stay here again.

This is a very serviceable hotel, but the area around it is industrial. Another problem is there are only busses to the airport every HOUR!! Not so bd if yo are in the hotel, but terrible if you have just landed

Just what we needed, with an early flight from Heathrow. Only surprise and disappointment was when we discovered that their shuttle only comes once an hour AND we each had to pay 6.5 GBP per ride. In the US, shuttles are free unless noted. Otherwise, everyone and everything was great.

Smoking directly outside of lobby which could be smelt inside bar. Very noisy from patrons slamming doors. In room condiments were very limited. Bar and restaurant facilities were excellent and staff were extremely helpful and polite.

No major issues other than giving us a room that had ‘forgotten’ to be cleaned and made up, bathroom wasn’t very nice….. didn’t really cause us much trouble other than returning to the check in desk and getting another room. Club lounge was very good, although get in there early as it gets busy, plenty of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. Food was good, a variety of sandwiches, cold meats and hot canapés. Overall not a bad hotel and would actually recommend

It was a short stay. Receptionist was quite unfriendly as if she did not want us there and it was both during check in and check out. She completely spoiled the overall experience. There was another manager who was pleasant to talk to.

Our room was far too hot, despite setting the temperature to 20º we awoke to 27º. My steak was served cold and tough, but when I returned the steak it was promptly replaced with a very good piece.

Second time staying here and my room was better than the first (quieter and less worn). Needed complimentary toothbrush and toothpaste because airline lost my bag, but these convenience items had run out, so not convenient at all.

Great stay
We had a lovely 1 night stay before flying from Heathrow. Every member of staff we encountered were polite, professional and helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable and the temperature in the room good. We had a meal in the restaurant which was also very nice with the bonus of a free pudding! We caught the shuttle bus from the hotel the following morning which arrived on time. Would definitely stay there again.

The air con system was loud, (when switched off) they called a technician and he said it would be quiet in an hour and it wasn't. But by this point I'm too tired to ask to change room so wasn't the most comfortable stay
