As it does not have a window of its own, it is listed as a sleeping area rather than a bedroom; natural light reaches the space when the separating curtains are open. The home's open layout and floating staircase may make it unsuitable for very young children or guests with limited mobility.

The two bedrooms sit opposite one another on the ground floor, where guests enter the home. The master suite features a king-size bed and a spa-inspired en suite with a bath and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has its own walk-in shower room. Rich blue and warm oak finishes give the bathrooms a distinctive look.

On the lower-ground floor, a double-height dining area sits at the heart of the home, where expansive glazing and glass balustrades create an airy, open feel, and warm oak panelling and flooring soften the crisp white interiors.
