If you need a replacement key you will be required to pay a £300 replacement key charge and you will not be permitted to leave a review after your stay

If you stay past checkout, you will be charged £50 if you stay past one hour you will be escorted out and be charged £500 to cover the cost of the security team.

You will also be disallowed to leave a review if you check out late without permission or break any of the house rules.
