Die Standard-Zimmer sind sehr klein. Eingangsbereich mit 1-2 Quadratmetern ist wohl mit dem Bad die einzige Fläche auf der man sich ohne sich zu verletzen umziehen könnte. Bettbereich ist geeignet zum hinlegen und aufstehen. Doch es wirkt alles nobel und modern. Für einen kurzen Besuch kuschlig und schön. U-bahn und Bushaltestellen sind in weniger als 5 Gehminuten ab verlassen Zimmer erreichbar. Buckingham-Palace ist von der Hauptstraße (Park dazwischen) zu erkennen. Lage top.

Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig im Zentrum von London. Der Service des Personals ist excellent, sehr höflich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind luxeriös ausgerüstet, jedoch räumlich viel zu klein, sodass kaum Bewegung im Zimmer machbar ist, Ablagefläche im Bad ist nicht vorhanden. Zudem führt das Fenster in einen finsteren Schacht.

Lage sehr gut, Rest eher nicht so.
Wir haben einen (recht teuren) Garden Room gebucht. Statt eines Gartenzimmers war es ein EG Zimmer mit Blick auf die Feuermauer an der sich zwei verlorene Efeupflänzchen rankten. Komplett finster, das Zimmer mit düsterem Teppichboden war das definitiv nicht den hohen Preis wert. Obwohl wir mit 2 Monaten Vorlauf gebucht hatten, bekamen wir ein Behindertenzimmer, also ohne Trennwände im Bad. Auch auf entsprechende Aufforderung konnten wir erst am 2. Tag des Aufenthaltes das Zimmer wechseln. Turndown Service gibt es auch keines, was bei dem Preis schon verwundert. Fazit: Lage alleine ist dann doch nicht alles….

Given room in basement, with partial view of noisy alley and barely room for two bags and 2 people. Their interpretation of quirky was mine of dungeon. Good thing I paid extra for classic room, couldn’t imagine one worse. Manager, Ben, took care and provided nice room in daylight.

An "okay" hotel. Certainly well located. Perfect location really. The price of the room in relation to what the room was.....not well aligned. You pay for the location not the lodging and they know it, and make the most of it. If you have cash and value the location then this is a spot for you. If some extra steps are not a concern you can exchange those steps for better value elsewhere.

The showers have real pressure and are amazing. There is not much storage room for luggage. If you are packing heavy make sure to ask for a room that has real closet space and drawers. Ours had no drawers or space for our wheelies. Beds are super comfortable.
