The property is in a great location and view spectacular the description was fairly accurate. It says it sleeps 6 which it will if you put 2 people on the sofa sleeper in the living room. We were 4 adults and a 6 year old. Both bedrooms had King beds which is nice but a 6 year does not stay up past the adults and it does not get dark until after 10pm so the 6 year old could not go to bed in the living room. 2 bathrooms for 6 would be bit tight. I think the description should be changed to 4 people. The unit needs luggage racks for suitcases. The kitchen has every appliance you could possible need or want but only 2 large very dull knifeâs. It needs kitchen knives, place mats , napkins, paper plates would be nice. It needed more stemmed wine glasses ( it had 5 ) and a couple more serving bowls and platters. Also 1 small wood cutting board was not enough. This was a very expensive rental for the July 4th holiday so I expected the kitchen to be well equipped.The master bath tub/shower was very slippery and I had to go buy a rubber mat for it because one was not provided and it was very dangerous.It does have a fabulous rolling cart to help with luggage and lots of beach toys for kids and dogs.The Bloomer Estates staff were very communicative and easy to work with.
