Falls short of potential
Love the location and views. Upstairs air did NOT cool. I came down w covid 1st week and had to sleep on couch where air was cool. 2nd week outside temp was cool so opened windows to stay cool. No grill. No beach supplies. No beach toys. Only a couple wash cloths. No dish cloths. Black mold in refrigerator. Wall art is beautiful. However, Living Room Furniture needs replaced. Dining Chairs need recovering. Embarrassed to have anyone come over due to this. I have stayed in other condos on same property and did not have ANY negative comments re those condos. Real shame. Such a perfect location.

Thank you for providing your feedback. We are sorry to hear you got sick with covid and about the rental. Each unit is different as they are all individually owned; therefore, we do not control how the owner decorates or what they supply in their unit, we can only advise them. However, we will inform our management team regarding the maintenance and cleaning issues. Again, we apologize for your experience and love for you to give us another chance to provide you the best RVA experience possible.

Total mess
Unclean and broken. Dog hair everywhere. Promised they take a day between rentals to clean. "Sorry we could not do that even though the last renters were there from months with a dog."' And termite issues. Broken dishwasher. No attempt to make things right. Watch for article in USA "Post pandemic travel and pet issues". First pic was published Dec 6th. My pics of hair piles and cloths dryer filter are interesting.
