Cette recherchée, admirablement meublée, deux chambres à coucher, deux salles de bain PREMIER ÉTAGE EN FIN DE PLANCHER offre une cuisine et des bains entièrement rénovés. Les chambres ont été généreusement prolongées, avec "dans-unité" WASHER et sécheuse. Profitez du meilleur des deux mondes avec une vue sur la piscine et à quelques pas des eaux émeraudes du golfe du Mexique depuis votre porte arrière. Unité peut accueillir un maximum de 6 personnes: 1 roi, 1 Queen, 1 complet et 1 canapé-lit.

We missed the last few years with the loss of our parents but all 15 of us made it back to Sand Cay last week and everything was just as it ever was. Clean, comfortable, quiet, and friendly. Longboat beaches are beautiful and uncrowded. We love how so many familiar and fantastic restaurants and shops are still there to greet us. Thanks Sand Cay!

However unlike the other condos we stayed in this condo's furnishings need upholstery cleaning ,the lighting is very poor, and the pots and pans were burnt, cheap and thin. The unit we have filled with beach toys and sports gears. That was a sweet surprise for my kids and grandkids. They have so much fun with all the toys they can play with. Over all we love the resort and location. We'll be back for sure.

The "Dirty Gurty" of Sand Cay

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is in sore need of a deep clean. The couch and chair in the unit were very dirty and smelled and in dire need of cleaning. The glassware was cloudy and in the bottom of one of the glasses, I saw crud stuck to the bottom after I got to the bottom of my drink. And now on to the bedrooms. The throw pillows on the bed had dirty spots, my wife had to spend some of her valuable vacation time washing the comforters, and the pull out bed sheets had to be washed as the bed had been clerly put away without the sheets not having been washed. The mattress cover had to be be replaced with an egg create pad which we did at our own expense. We had to go to the store and buy a swiffer to wipe down all of the floors since we noticed that my son's new white socks were turning black on the bottoms from wearing them in the unit.We stayed at Sand Cay for the two years prior to this year and found the other two units to be clean, so this took us completely by surprise. Upon notifying the office, they sent someone in to clean the unit, but the crud was still in the bottom of the glasses after running them through the dishwasher. We were extremely disappointed in the overall condition of Unit 108

Unit 108 was great!Kitchen was very well stocked- we enjoy cooking, the beds were very comfortable, and the decor was inviting.The grounds and pool area looked great considering the devastation Hurricane Milton caused.And as always, the staff is wonderful- very friendly and helpful!I can’t wait to return!

We love Sand Cay and will keep coming back!

Paradise

We loved this condo and the resort! Beach is quiet, low-key, family atmosphere, and beautiful, with LOTS of shells. Property is lovely with well-planned and maintained landscaping. We had never been to Longboat Key before and it exceeded our expectations. Just beautiful. The only thing we would suggest to the condo owners is to replace mattresses on beds. At the very least the king in the master bedroom. Big dips on both sides of bed—very uncomfortable. But everything else is wonderful. They had lots of beach equipment in the storage area of the unit that we were able to use—chairs, floats, beach umbrella, beach towels, beach toys, etc. We will definitely stay there again if they put new, firm mattresses on beds.

Excellent location and pool!

Our stay was during red tide, so we didn’t get to spend any time at the private beach. However, the pool was really fantastic! Perfect temperature and large enough for all of the guests to use. The condo had everything we needed: beach towels, sand toys, floats, full kitchen, enough closet space and cozy beds. Loved having access to washer/dryer which aren’t available in all of the condos. The first floor with kids was awesome. They could go in and out easily to chase lizards around. The inside of the condo was a little dated and some of the furniture could use a nice cleaning. But, we didn’t spend much time inside anyway so it didn’t bother us. Will definitely stay at Sand Cay again and hopefully 108 for our next trip!
